I returned a can of formula to your store bc we bought multiple cans (bc we had gift cards and you guys are 30 mins away from us) and our daughter couldnt use that specific kind. After I returned the one unopened can we had left I heard the store manager say "just throw it away" I asked why you guys were throwing it away and she said it cant be resold bc it left the store. I asked if I could donate it to the pregnancy care center across the street so it could be used by someone who needed it if they were just going to toss it and she told me no bc they couldnt just give it to me or even sell it back to me again. Ive never left a store so annoyed! Throwing it away seemed like a very cooperate and uncaring thing to do. If you are a store in this community you should be apart of it! If there is a center across the street from your store who takes formula donations and are alway low on formula bc there are so many families in need here you should have allowed me to donate it or just dont accept returns on formula at all! That was incredibly wasteful and I will not support a store that would rather let babies in their community go hungry than give them some food that they were just throwing away anyways! Disgraceful!

BOTTOM LINE up front: I will never register there again, and will do my best to never step foot in there again. You should save yourself the headache. Babies R us carries the same brands and products you can get from other sources. First, staff doesnt know ANYTHING about their products. Staff is all 15- 25, not parents, no child care experience. God forbid you need advice, opinions, or want to know how anything works. Second, RETURN POLICIES ARE TERRIBLE. prepare to be hassled about gift receipts being insufficient, and about items purchased from THIS STORE that are either "not on your registry" items or items not "marked off from your registry". and given different answers about all these things. We fought for in-store credit on multiple items and were refused cash refunds EVEN WITH RECEIPTS. their corporate return policies suck, plain and simple. PRO TIP- Look up prices on internet with smart phone. Its the only way to get the best pricing.

Bought a item and went back the next day to return it since it didnt fit my daughters careseat. We took it out the box assembled it and took it to the mall. My daughters care set did not fit and the safety strap wouldnt buckle. We took it back the next day and the cashier named Brianna was completely rude about the situation! My husband explained to her why we needed to return and she said because it had been used their was no way We could return the item. After I went in to speak to her about the situation the girl still managed to have an attitude about it all. I understand the product was used but there was no need for the snobby attitude this young lady had. This is my second time going in for an exchange and Iv had the worst costumer service. after speaking to the manager she had no issue as to why I couldnt return the item. Breanna was just being rude for no reason what so ever!

Horrible customer service! I attempted to purchase two clothing items and was told the total sales price would be $30. I informed the sales clerk that one of the items she had overcharged me for. The sales clerk said there was nothing she could do and wasnt able to go back after entering the items into the computer. She just stood there waiting for me to pay an extra five dollars. Five dollars may not seem like a lot of money but if the item was incorrectly entered she should have fixed the issue. I told her I didnt need to buy any of the items and left the store. I had a toddler with me and didnt have time to argue with the woman about the price. Better taking my business elsewhere!

Not 2nd Amendment friendly. The only people that follow their policy are the law abiding citizens, so ironic. Just found out that we are going to be Grandparents, so this is going to be a long, and expensive ( happily so ) experience. So my wife and I secured our firearms back in the car, touch and felt what we were looking for, and came home and bought online. $1000.00 later, we bought the exact same items, a stroller/carseat combo, a extra carseat, and a crib and all at the same price.... Oh well. For those that think for some reason that a Babies R us, is anywhere safer than a school, or a church, wake up. Its better to have some sort or protection than nothing at all...

Despite the location (it isnt the BEST part of town and the area is aging poorly), this is a very nice store. Im always impressed with the amount of product they have inside, and the sales/clearance are great as well. I wish they had a more robust price match policy, but as long as you come with coupons or have specific sale items in mind, the cost is reasonable. This was the best place we found to try out strollers, cribs, and other accessories that no other stores carry. Only wish it was closer to where we live.

Huge store! Most of the staff iv encountered have been great, usually theres someone there to answer questions, and some even go above and beyond really help you choose the best options when you just dont know. But always do the research or know what you need, the only downside to having such an amazing selection is its easy to get lost in time and space! Really wish they had more babby/toddler learning toys! Sensory, fine motor ect over all a great babies r us so far!!

Omg! My wife tricked me! She said lets go look at baby stuff...boy if I wouldve known Id be there for 2 hours doing a baby registry I wouldve said I was busy! Good grief, men we need to stand up for ourselves and fight this debauchery once and for all! These women are out of control! #weinersout Freal tho it wasnt that bad. And I love my wife and am super excited to have our first baby together and babies r us is pretty helpful as well.

27 weeks pregnant with my first child, I waited 25 minutes at the baby registry counter and then another 25 minutes at the check out line, being product was marked a different price then what was showing in the system. All while the store was mostly empty. Customer service is well below average and I will never go back into this store. I will drive to a different location but mostly will go online from now on. Horrible.

Terrible place dont bring your children here. The store manager may seem nice but she doesnt care for her customers. She also treats her employees poorly, Ive seen her shout at her employees. I wouldnt shop at this location. Too bad there isnt a zero star option.

The store itself is OK, just a bad experience. Went here specifically to use coupons that were mailed to us. They were sold out of the items we went to buy. They dont offer rain checks or substitutes for like/kind/quality items.

The bathrooms here are always so disgusting! This place is loaded with pregnant women who have to go pee all the time and I always have to hold it because the bathrooms are so dirty. I always tell the staff when I go in there.
