Terrible costumer service! My daughters father bought our little girl 4 outfits from there this past weekend... he has never bought her clothes before so he asked for assistance when figuring out which size to get her. He told the employee that she weighted 17lbs and is 7 months old. The employee instructed him that 2 outfits that ares size 0-3 (8-12lbs), another outfit which is 3-6 months (12-16lbs) and another outfit which is 12-18 months (21-24lbs) should all fit her. Which is obviously wrong and doesnt even make any sense. We are separated so when i noticed the sizes were all wrong i didnt have the heart to tell him and ask for the receipt since i could see he was so excited and he had tried. When i went in today (Monday) to exchange the outfits for the correct sizes they would not let me exchange them for a different size because they were sale item. i asked them if her father brought them in with the receipt if it would help and they informed me that even if i had the receipt it wouldnt matter. I have been a regular customer at Baby Love and was even greeted by the lady there telling another person that i was, "a good customer of theirs." Needless to say I will be taking all of my business to Moda Bebe at Dominion Ridge across from The Dominion. Its so sad that they werent even willing to do anything to help. I will never step foot in there again and I will be telling my friends and family who frequently shop there the same.

I wanted to shop at the Baby Love Boutique as the store looks amazing! However, I was asked to leave my baby and stroller outside or near the counter! They are not stroller friendly! I am physically not able to carry my baby in her seat for long periods of time due to a joint disorder. I explained that to the woman and she just said sorry, but I could not bring in my stroller. They are NOT kid friendly or able to assist anyone with a handicap! Very beautiful items (from what I could see through the window), but I was NOT permitted to shop! I DONT RECOMMEND SHOPPING ANYWHERE THAT IS NOT FRIENDLY TO THISE WITH DISABILITIES! What kind of childrens store does not allow a small stroller! I cant imagine if a person was in a wheelchair! Would they deny them entrance too?

We were stopped at the door and told we could not use our stroller. It had been a long day, our two toddlers were exhausted and were not going to do well walking around. All we wanted to do was look for a certain toy brand that we really like, but can only find in baby boutiques. We didnt even go in. The staff was so pretentious they didnt care. We will never attempt to go there again.

I was asked to leave my stroller outside. How is a mother with a baby supposed to shop in a baby store while carrying all her bags and a 26 pound baby? Ridiculous! I will never step foot in this place again.
