The store is not too disorganized, but is extremely messy. I found a bassinet that was on sell for $35. It said $45 on the box and rang up as $45 at the register, but on the display, it said $35. I asked the cashier if she would send someone to check the price, but she would not. If the reason the display was $35 was because it was opened, it would have been nice for that to have been explained to me. I have no idea why the display said $35 and the box said $45. If it was a mistake on their part, I would think they would honor the price they put on the display or at least explain that it was a mistake rather than acting like I should accept the price without the workers putting forth the effort to at least try to get to the bottom of the problem. I never have problems at other stores when I ask them to check the price of an item. She seemed like she didnt care to help me or to provide decent customer service. I dont know if it was laziness on her part or if she was not well trained. It was a disappointing shopping experience. I wish they would better train their workers or find new workers who will actually help the customer.

I worked there for under a year and its not dirty because we dont clean it its dirty because the customers were so dirty. not horrible "customer service" horrible customers. they would try on shoes and leave them on the floor. Same with clothes and they let their kids play around the store like it was the playground. as soon as a line formed they would complain to me about how they never had to wait that long at another burlington. heres a solution go there. Its a busy store we have all registers open as it is. easy to get hired. I personally did not like working there they would not give me consistent hours that I felt I deserved.

Bought a dress shirt for a class presentation, when i got home i noticed it was dirty on collar so I had to wear a different shirt i already owned. Since its out of my way i waited until i was headed in that direction to return it but was told it showed signs of use, like the dirty collar and some belt wear on the back so either the belt wear sets in, in less than the 5 minutes i had it on or they are selling used clothing, my guess is the latter.

Rude employes!!! Got the 20 min before closing time they said no one can go in anymore because they are close already i show them on my phone and at their doors its says closing time is at 10pm not 9:40pm.... i told them i wanted to speak to manager amd they said no one was there that she or he left already Really ugly nasty employes they wont see any more $$$ from me at all!!!

Horrible customer service. Theres none on the floor, theyre all in the front. Also, at the register, while the manager or employee was in the middle of scanning my items, she stopped completely to assist some other employee there. I had to wait an additional 5 to 10 mins until she came back just to continue scanning...

"Coat Factory"? REALLY?! There were 6 sparse racks of coats, the rest of the of the huge store was filled with all kinds of housewares, linens, furniture, towels, pots and pans, and a whole bunch of fragrances. Shopping for coats? Shop elsewhere, waste of time.

My cart was taken by sales associates three times. While I was shopping. I would walk away to look at something and my cart would be gone everytime I turned around. I would be chasing the associate down more than shopping. Very annoying

5 starts this store is nice and clean everytime my family and I walk in the bathrooms are clean and stuff is walking around incase you need help and to answer any questions..the prices are not bad at all. Will continue to shop here.

The store is big, but surprisingly there is very little selection. Its always a mess and almost every isle in the womens section is unorganized. Other locations are great, but sadly this one is simply disorderly.

Poor selection. Mostly junk and Chinese imported knock-offs for just about everything. The store appears run down and filthy. Prices should be lower based on presentation and product quality.

Does anybody work there??? Store looks very unorganized. Restrooms are really dirty. Clothes everywhere on the floor. Employees walk right by it and dont even bother picking it up.
