I am continuously satisfied with the customer service I have received at this location. As a new mom-to-be of twins I have a lot of questions and the staff at this location are always up for answering them. I am always looking for the best deal and the manager Sergio has made it clear that if I find it cheaper somewhere else just to let him or any of the staff know and they will price match. The environment is friendly and I feel like I have a real friendship with some of the employees like Olivia who have gone out of their way to make sure my needs are met and questions are answered. They go above and beyond and stand out as a store I am happy to visit instead of it being a chore! Great store to explore and great customer service.

We recently went to purchase a high end car seat and were not sure on some items. Darrell (one of the managers?) worked there and was VERY patient with us and took his TIME to help us COMPLETELY so we were satisfifed and knowledgable about all the options / other types to buy, etc.... He (and the other staff) went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help us with questions. Of course, they have great products and items to buy, but with their OUTSTANDING customer service, we will be going back there for years to come. Also, Roxy (helped us with multiple items), Amber (helped us understand how to install the car seat, when we went back days later) and Drew (furniture) have also helped us in that store and were ALL amazing and helpfull

The only reason I step foot in this store is because I received gifts cards at my baby shower. The staff has been extremely rude and stand off-ish every time I go. They do not want to answer any of my questions and make me feel stupid for even trying to talk to them, even if it is a questions about product availability or where something is in the store. I would prefer to order online than to deal with the hostile environment of this store.

Recently had a baby and all of my baby furniture and items for his nursery came from here. The staff was friendly and explained everything thorough as far as warranty and the availability of the items purchased. Wonderful baby registry place.

Bacon Ator

The baby-only bit of toys r us. Handy when you need a changing room or diapers or pacifiers or whatnot. Slightly easier to naigate than the dual versions, since I dont stop to play with all the legos and batman toys.

Definitely has everything baby related all in one place. Relatively good prices for a specialty baby store, although still overpriced on certain items. One stop baby shop.

Told me my card declined twice. Staff and even management were impervious when my bank verified the first transaction went through and wouldnt let me purchase.
