I ordered a crib on july 24th as "ship-to-store", and it was put on the truck to come to the store on July 27th. I patiently waited about 10 days and never got any notification that my order was at the store for pick-up. Called customer service and they said, "just give it a few more days". I waited another 4 days (a total of 14 days since I ordered) and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor called the store and apparently the crib had been at the store for over a week but never got "scanned in". I went to the store to pick it up and stood there for 30 minutes (at 9 months pregnant) because they couldnt find it in the back. 30 minutes!!! Then they miraculously found it. What a mess. Never again will I order online from them ever.

So mad. I bought a two pack of good start formula for my daughter who happens to be alergic to it because of it being Milk based. I brought the unopend one to the store to return. The employee then opend it and told me to find the one I wanted. Went back to the counter and she said she couldnt return it because it didnt have a bar code. The manager came over and told me the same thing. So now I have an opend formula that I woldnt give away because its opend and they have lost a customer who has three children and use to spend a lot of money in their store.

Got hung up on. Called back for it to ring and ring....no answer. Called back again and it rang for a good minute then went to a hang up sound. For real. You just lost our business. I love how the automated machine is " we strive to be the best". Ya best at being the worst customer service store in Austin. Good job. Thank god we called and got this instead of showing up and being disappointed.

Worst customer service. I ordered a furniture item in store and was told I would receive a call in 7-10 days when it arrived. Three weeks later Ive had to call them twice, was placed and forgotten on hold multiple times and still no furniture.

Their baby department is well stocked and always somebody around to help you find things. Their prices are a little steep on some things but not horrible. Ive exchanged several things here and have never had a problem.

I was shopping for my newborn and I found absolutely everything I needed. From clothes to my nursery things it was all here and easy to find! The staff was also amazing which helped out a lot!

Youve got to try the shakes! Classic burger joint with fast service and tasty burgers, tots, and much more. Its a bit of a dive...and thats the charm. Recommend!
