Its hard to find someone to help you here. I find myself walking the whole store to find an associate to help me. Most of the help is at the registers. As a male and first time father, I needed help many times trying to locate or decide on what to buy. Another thing if find a joke here is the return policy. Not only do you need item and receipt, you also need an ID. BABIES R US im returning brand new items i purchased within a week with receipts. The return policy states i need an ID to return it doesnt state or give you permission to record or keep my info in your system. Why is this a concern? Ill give you 2 reasons... Target and home depot!!!!!!!!! So what if I return 100 brand new items a year with receipts? Im talking about returning the items 30 days of purchased.

Ashly went above and beyond to help me find the right gift for my nephew. I walked into the store about 20 minutes till closing on a Friday night and expected to be rushed out. The exact opposite happened. I dont have children, so I can only imagine how confused I must have looked when I walked in. Ashly could sense that I needed help so she went out of her way to show me multiple outfits, age appropriate toys and how they work, discounted items, popular products, etc. I never felt rushed or unappreciated; she even mentioned "FREE gift wrapping" knowing that that the store was about to close. I sincerely appreciate the genuine hospitality of both Ashly and Zima (yes thats her name; she helped wrap my gift).

Horrible experience after being one of my favorite stores. Stood in line that didnt move, a second one opens up and the associates calls to where she tells me to hold on because the other customers was next...fair enough. Not even a minute later she tells me to move again back to the previous register where there is no cashier. Even my 7 year old says "finally" when she comes over. I ask for a gift receipt...and she says that printer doesnt work for that. So the only solution is to go to the next register CUSTOMER SERVICE to return and purchase again my items because there was no other way...really???? It took me longer to pay than what I took to chose my gifts.

This store is quite big...most BrU arent as big so they dont have as many displays; my wife and loved the fact that they had so much geat in display since it really helped in the decision making when buying something like a stroller. However, the prices are a tad too high: you can find the same items on Amazon for around 15% less( or more if Amazon os having a discount). I recommend visiting the store to get a better grasp of stuff and choose what you want, and then go buy it online and save some money.

Staff is very kind, yet their specials are very confusing. Signs are not labeled properly. Management said its not their fault but rather the brand that makes them. ??????
