I had a horrible experience a week ago at this store. First of all i drove 1.5 hr to get there. I went there to return/ exchange a baby item i had recieved from baby registry which you have 1yr to return. I have it in original box. I went to customer service and explained why i didnt need the item. She asked for receipt which i didnt have, but then learned a few mins after that the registry is your receipt. She(manager) looked at me and said no i cant return. I new i had a 50/50 chance that would happen cause i didnt have a reciept. So i walk out of there a little sad, went to leave item in my vehicle so i can keep shopping. Then i just started thinking, wait i had 1 year to return this, let me just ask someone that works baby registry thought they could confirm any and all questions i had. And there goes my answer she said you can return it here the copy of your registry you can return now. So i go back outside to get item and i tell the manager not knowing shes the manager. Here I am again sorry i told her, i have the reciept now . She said i already said NO! Im like oh okay, well I spoke with Yvette and said everything seemed okay to return and she said well let me call her up here.. - manager tells yvette "why did you say yes?!!" If i already said NO!! And poor yvette said well you have 1 yr to return from baby registry. I said you know what never mind just leave it like that, i felt bad for yvette since she had helped me out. Her face got red she seemed embarrassed because her manager talked to her rude.... Even after all that i still bought a stroller from them. But as we were on our way home i decide to call the babies r us 1 800 # and they said they would notify district manager because she should not have acted that way and that the return should have been made also because item was in original box and its less than one yr. It doesnt have to be unopened like the manager said!!.

I usually have an okay experience here. Its not like fantastic but its not terrible. The staff has never been that nice. I went here 12/11/16 around 7pm and bought Earths Best baby food and simply asked the cashier if they took wic and she gave me the ugliest look and told me she would ask her manager in a rude tone. So she calls her manager and I asked her she was also rude. You are a baby store arent you? You sell baby food dont you? So there was a 50/50 chance you did or did not. It was a simple question that could have been answered in a nice simple no maam. Wont be shopping here again anytime soon. Definitely should get a nicer staff!

i shop here because it is close to home but i think i am willing to drive all the way 1604 or 410 just so i can get what i need they never have what i need in stock and if they do they have to pull it from the back i am having trouble finding my babies formula and i buy in bulk well they tried to charge me as individual formula bottles while still in the box instead of as the Box which is advertised on Babies R Us online for a different price they never pick up thier phone so i can avoid driving to the store only to be told they dont have the item i usually end up at target Because they lack what i need

Customer service here is a joke. They dont notify you when items are in for pick up. When I went to check on the status it was a circus and they couldnt figure out how to look up the item in their own system. All the while the items were in the back waiting for pick up. I wont be purchasing anything for store pick up here again.

Combination Babies "R" Us and Toys "R" Us thats rather small. Its nice and well kept but the store size does restrict the available selection. Never the less, it does have the typical things youd expect from this chain.

Bought something for in store pickup. Showed up 1 hour after I got the email that my order was ready and Ive now been here 30 minutes waiting and still dont have my things. This is bullshit.

This is an OK Baby/ToyRUs. I have ordered things online to pickup and have had issues with it before. Sometimes it takes forever to get help from an employee and you usually have to ask.

Store is messy and staff are always tied up. Long waits at checkout. Not my first place to go but they do price match with Walmart. Saved me some time and money. Thats a plus.
