Absolutely horrible customer service. Attempted to return (for in-store credit, no receipt) a winter jacket purchased by a family member for my infant daughter which was too small. Tags clearly labeled it as $29.99, but I was offerred $2.44 for it. I didnt expect to get full value due to possible sales, but $2.44?! Thats insulting. Ive NEVER seen an infant winter jacket in their store for under $5.00. They claimed winter items were already on clearance despite it being only February. I then asked them to point me in that direction so I could stock up and they immediately stated that everything was already gone. Really?

This is also a babies r us. Ive been there twice in the last 5 weeks and they didnt have what I was looking for either time. We even asked an associate to make sure we werent just missing it. Target, however, had the items i needed the first time and obviously their baby section is much smaller. This store has every color of boppy pillows but no cloth diapers? Ill stick with shopping online.

Horrible customer service. . Liars and cheats. Xbox one was advertise in there weekly ad.. for $349 the sold it to me for $399 not telling me... but I had a $50 off coupon. . So I use it.. came back home open the box.. missing controller.... came back to exchange it for a new system. . She gives me a new system but charges me $399... and then tell me she saved me money......

Overall they have a great selection of products. I am disappointed that they dont carry replacement tubes for breastpumps. They will price match off their site and if in time you can go back and get a price match as well.
