buybuyBaby has really disappointed me. I ordered a set of 2 window panels (I thought), and received a confirmation via email that clearly states window panels (set of 2). When the package arrived there was only 1. I called and sent in my email confirmation, which they sent to their knowledge team to review. They responded that they agree the email confirmation says set of 2 but in fact the order only includes 1 panel, and their best offer is to sell me a second panel at 20% off. I have given buybuyBaby a good amount of business lately because theyre the only place where I registered. I feel this was their mistake, and theyre not taking care of a good customer. I have since ordered the second panel through Amazon and will do the rest of my baby shopping through places like Amazon that place the highest priority on customer service.

Started my baby registry here on Saturday, and was super impressed by the store clerk Sherry. She could describe the features of all the strollers and car seats and was full of helpful of advice. With so many options on the market it would have been overwhelming without her assistance. I registered for my wedding at Bed, Bath, and Beyond two years ago and I would highly recommend BBB for wedding and baby registries. The selection is great, returns are easy, prices are competitive, and the staff at the Fort Collins locations are very well trained!

Ive been shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond for years. Recently, they added BuyBuy Baby to their store to cash in on the lucrative baby market. Even though they sell good quality baby goods, please be aware that YOU CANNOT RETURN CARSEATS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. So, if your child is unhappy with the seat or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will eat the cost of the item. They are one of the only stores which carry carseats that have this ridiculous policy. Buy your carseat elsewhere!

Almost every item in our baby nursery is from Buy Buy Baby. They have excellent quality items, great selection, and some of the best baby furniture we have ever seen. Their associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable, and they can special order any item we want, if they do not have it in their store. Compared to other local baby stores, Buy Buy Baby is our favorite, and gets our vote for best baby store in the area.

They dont accept returns on car seats because its a safety issue. What if someone used a car seat, got in a car accident and returned it saying that nothing was wrong with it? Would you want to put your child in a car seat that was in an accident??? I think that they are a great company and would go back again and again and recommend it to everyone. Safety is their number one concern and I love that as a parent of 3 :)

The store manager Brandy is by far the most amazing manager Ive ever come in contact with. He went above and beyond to help me and it completely made my entire week! This man deserves a hug and a raise! He was kind, available and approachable. Everything you could ask for in a manager from the customers perspective. Stuff in the store is good, but the place looked like a tornado hit it. All employees were fairly rude, and not helpful or professional at all. Heard 3 different employees swearing while I was walking around the store with my child.

They are generally overpriced, even with deep coupons. We got a convertible crib here, it can change to a toddler bed and then a twin bed. But they stopped selling our model and therefore stopped making the conversion kits.

Has lots of stuff other baby stores dont have like foreign brands(hello cute baby prams!). Their stuff can be quite pricey but their clothes seem to be cheaper than babies r us.
