This company is trifling. I placed my order of 3 diaper covers from Ruffle Buns on Feb. 16. My delivery date was scheduled for March 9. On Monday, March 7, I called Ruffle Buns and spoke with Heather concerning my order since the tracking information was not being updated. The last bit of info available was that my order had been processed. She was nice, and she told me to wait to see if the package was delivered on the delivery date. It was not. Honestly, had I done my research beforehand, I would NOT have ordered from this company. Apparently, there are countless issues with shipping and people not receiving their products. I left 4 messages to be called back, a message on their Facebook page, and a direct message on Facebook. I called back Tuesday, March 15. I spoke with a somewhat rude customer service representative (Mia Sullivan). She told me the shipment should have arrived (duh). She then said that some of my products were on back order, and I would have to choose something else. I asked would it take another month to get the shipment, and she said it would be a week. Red flag! I quickly told her to refund my money. You mean to tell me my original order takes a month but a second order can magically appear in a week? Please. I want every cent of my money back.

Dont fall for their "coupon" scam...they make you think youre getting amazing deals with free products (sure...50 dollars off is a great deal, but why the heck are you charging $10 for a pair of baby leggings that probably cost 99 cents to make?!) and make you pay a ridiculous amount for shipping. Im sorry...but Im not buying that there is any way on Gods green earth that it really costs $15 to ship a piece of polyester fabric with an arrival date of 10-12 days from now. I can get a flat rate ups envelope for 6 bucks and get it somewhere in 3 days. Their website also states that shipping is based on the address the item ships to. Well...I entered addresses in Washington, Texas, and Pennsylvania and the shipping cost didnt change one bit. Its a total rip off because they more than cover the cost of producing these crappy products and make profit but charging unsuspecting people an arm and a leg to ship...the car seat canopy is pretty cheaply made...its just a piece of fabric with a couple of Velcro straps sewed onto it to strap it to the carrier handle. Make your own for 2 bucks and dont give these people any more of your money!

Do not trust this company or any of its affiliates, i.e.: Car seat Canopy. This business is terrible. All of the reviews for Car seat Canopy are really good, but for some reason I am not able to leave a review under "Car seat Canopy" only under Mothers Lounge, which all of these reviews are awful. Weird to me. I ordered my canopy on March 17. On April 17, when I still hadnt received my product I emailed. No response. I emailed 24 hours later. I got an email 24 hours later saying the print was not available till July. Why did it take so long to let me know that? A simple email would have been sufficient, I am an understanding person, but that is just bad customer service. I cancelled my order. No sense in doing business with people who do not know who to do business.

I was looking to buy several pillows for my deployed husband and his unit. They all fight over the one my husband took with him as they are easy to take out on the trucks and make things a little bit easier. I have sent countless emails , Facebook messages and called. They have seen the messages on Facebook and have refused to reply. I will never do business with them again. I am absolutely disgusted after reading other review and even more so knowing that they clearly can not be bothered enough to support the military.

Their coupon codes are scam. They will give you huge discount ( up to 100%) only to collect all your personal info upfront, then to try sell you extra services and items, and then to hit you with shipping costs equal to the original cost of the item. They present themselves as dot coms: "uddercovers", "carseatcanopy" and "nursing pillows" - in reality all under same management of mothersLoungeLLC

Well, I was excited to get 4 gift cards in the mail from them.. Proceeded to check out with what I thought was going to be free, NOPE! They want you to pay ATLEAST $15.00 for shipping. DO not waste your time with them. Its a rip off of course! Getting expecting mothers hopes up? Shame on you all who work for this evil company!
