Not sure what has been going on at this store in the last 6 months or so but the cashiers need more training. The last 3 times Ive been in, 2 of which the same cashier checked me out and forgot my rewards and didnt put in the sales items that I had purchased. Once I got to my car and loaded up my 8 month old I realized the amount wasnt right. So I unloaded my daughter and went back in and was there for about 15/20 min (daughter was crying by now) while a manager corrected her mistakes. The second time with this same cashier wasnt as bad but again she forgot to adjust the price and I asked her to please put in my rewards number....she didnt ask. The third was with a different cashier and it was just a money issue, they did ask for my rewards number. Maybe I just have bad luck but I love this store so the loading and unloading of going in and out of the store with my little one gets a little frustrating.

Krystal is by far one of the most dedicated employees I have dealt with at any store. She helped us resolve a purchase that was bought on line but turned out was not in stock as advertised, she made sure that we found an acceptable replacement item. I wrote a survey rating on her also that will go forward to the company. I was going to write a company survey review on April as well, but apparently the code on the receipt expires in 2 days time. So anyway, I still wanted to write a review on April. She was very pleasant and helped my daughter and I with another purchase. She verified and adjusted the price according to the sale sign. Babies R Us should be proud to have April and Krystal as representatives for their company. Other stores should take lessons from them on customer service.

Ive rated 4 stars purely for the vast selection and ease of purchase compared to waiting for an online order and hoping the product suits your needs. Ill be honest though, we often use Babies R Us as a show room for Amazon. As a budget conscious parent its hard to pay the very steep prices at Babies R Us. The store could also earn another star by increasing employee knowledge. The last 2 times weve done an online pickup at our local store the items weve received were completely the wrong item. The manager was excellent and helped us out right away and added in an extra item for our trouble, but it would have been nice to have the order right the first time.

My husband and I went here on Monday with my in-laws. The staff was very helpful especially Faye. We had several discounts we wanted to use and she made sure we found everything we needed. She also made sure that the lady at the register put in all of the discounts accurately. Staff was great at answering our questions and great at giving us space when we needed it. You can find some great discounts for this store. After purchasing our items I went online to see if I could find it for less. I was amazed that with our in store discounts I could not find the items for a better deal.

My husband and I were shopping for a travel system. We spent a lot of time looking over the strollers and weighing out our options. As first time parents, we were doing our best to be thorough. The female manager with red hair discussed some points to consider while purchasing a stroller. Cheralyn informed us that we could try fitting the demo stroller into our car trunk, which helped us solidify our decision. The best part was how much money they saved us at the register. Thanks to Bridget, Sam and the manager we saved a great deal of money with coupons.

Love their selection, hate their customer service. By far the worst customer satisfaction team I have ever had to deal with, even after I spent $1200 their on my nursey alone. I will always go to target first now on riverdale road, and If they dont have it I will special order it through the Layton Toys R Us. The customer service there is so much better. I would also like to add this is the second time I had an issue with the babies R us on riverdale road, the first one I let slide the second time I was done.

We have really loved shopping at this babies R us more than a lot of other ones. The employees at the store seem to want to help more than any other employees in any store ever they really try to help you save money and buy the best products available. Not to mention their breast pump solutions program is top notch they helped us get the breast pump that we were needing without spending a whole lot of time on the phone with insurance they took care of everything for us these guys are amazing.

It feels like Ive lived here for the last few months as we get ready for our ankle biter to show up. Lots of selection, decent prices, and a lot of the staff seem quite knowledgeable and were able to answer a lot of questions. Easily one of the best places nearby to register for baby showers. Plus they price match Amazon, which is the most common place we found better prices, hopefully they keep that policy long term.

This store blows! The managers are stupid and have no idea what theyre doing, they constantly do unethical things to get ahead! Go to target or Walmart, you can get the same things for half the price! Id give this place a zero if I could.

Extremely rude. Will not acknowledge customers as they come to the checkout counter. The service was so bad we ended up leaving and refused to spend our money here. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

What a joke. The manager "Faye" is one of the worst, incompetent, mean employees I have ever seen. Who let her have the position shes in when shes so horrible? This place would be WAY better without her.

Has a lot of choices with many different things you never thought existed. Its kind of fun just to look at everything. Prices here are gouged though. Look at Amazon if you want cheaper things
