I ordered an Expresso Sorelle Verona Crib and paid in Full on 11/13/2013. It is 12/12/2013 and I still do not have my crib and I still have no idea what is going on with it or when I will have it. I was told on 11/13/2013 my crib would be in for pick up in 7-14 days, this clearly is not the case. I have called every week sometimes more than once since the 14days 11/27/2013 and I am always told "ITS PENDING" no one is willing to help me. Another aggravating factor is having the staff tell me "oh you have plenty of time" which is not the case and a pregnant mother trying to put together a nursery and get everything ready and set up while I can and before baby comes is not something I want to hear! Not to mention I am the mother and this is My time and not babies r us so dont tell me I have plenty of time... This has delayed EVERYTHING I can not do anything until I get me crib! No one is willing to figure out what is going on with my order, no one takes the initiative to figure things out or provide me the information so I can do it myself, No one is willing to answer any questions and cut me off when I ask questions to try and figure out when to expect my crib and if I need to cancel and take my business elsewhere to get a crib. Last night I talked to a man, I believe his name is Brandon and he actually said he would look into it and call me back that night.... He called me back last night and told me he talked to his warehouse who told him My crib should have been in by now (which I already know) and that he was cancelling my order and putting in a new "escalated" order, SO NOW I AM A MONTH LATER AND BACK TO SQUARE ONE. But still babies r us could not tell me when this would be in and told me to call back next week, ME CALL BACK AGAIN... This is beyond TERRIBLE customer service and I am beyond upset with my entire experience with babies r us from my shopping trips and dealing with the personnel to the registry process and lack of direction and assistance etc... When I paid for my crib I had to go back to the store because the clerk did not give me my change back which was Almost $20. This is my first child and babies r us is giving me a TERRIBLE run around ordeal. I am steps away from deciding to pick an entire new crib =( in general out of fear you will not get my crib in the timely matter (which has passed) I am not handing out my babies r us registry information to my baby shower guests at this time out of FEAR I may have to deal with this again or they may have the same terrible experience I am. There is a stroller you carry that buy buy baby doesnt that I want but I am TERRIFIED to even attempt to get that here... I need to know what is going on with my crib and when I will get it and how/if I will be compensated for this nightmare? I paid for this crib in full on 11/13/2013 and I still have nothing at all to show for it. I hope to god if and when I finally get this crib its in mint condition with no scratches, dents, etc... as now I will not have time to deal with sending it back and getting a new one.

I feel infuriated with the service that Ive been receiving the past 6 months at this particular location. I mainly go there because its the closest location to my house. First off, I was asked to start a rewards membership, so i did. I was briefly incorrectly explained how it worked....6 months later it dawns on me that i havent seen any coupons or benefit from this program. So i went online and came to discover that for the past six months Ive missed out on SO MANY rewards points that I didnt use due to the fact that no associate ever brought it up!. Secondly, I go to Babies "R" Us often because not only do I have nieces and nephews but im also expecting (first timer). I do however go into this specific location often (up to 3 times a week) and have already spent so much money on things toward my new baby. No associate ever asked me if i wanted to set up a registry (i was planning on doing it as my due date got closer). Come to find out that i couldve been getting cash back on the 2,000 dollars worth of merchandise that I had already purchased had I created a registry when i first became pregnant! Thirdly, after I had set up my registry and I went back to purchase things off of it, i was never asked "Is this off of a registry?". So after I make my purchases I go online to check my registry and see that it shows "zero purchased". I was not aware that i have to remind the cashiers every time i make a purchase that it is for a registry, I was under the impression that it is their job to ask. Lastly, I gave the cashier my rewards number and she said she couldnt find me, when i asked her to check again, instead of asking "Could it be under a different name or number", she raised her tone with me and gave me attitude with a dirty look, telling me that i was not in the system. I am very unsatisfied with the uninformative and unprofessional customer service that i have been receiving at this location.

This was one of the worst experiences at any store my wife had ever experienced. The cashier was extremely rude to my wife for splitting a transaction between two cards rolling her eyes and making a scene I have the receipt, cashier number, date, time and register this occurred. I will be speaking to a manager on this matter, the most unprofessional rude employee I have ever heard of working at any store. If babies R us encourages this type of employees NOBODY should shop here. Working and raising children especially with a newborn is hard enough as it is, a rude little witch like that is not needed at a store designed for families period. I will also be calling corporate with this and expect her to be held accountable, just unbelievable. We have been shopping here so much in the last three years and this is how we are treated!

The store employees are fine. Their management is terrible. We returned some items and they gave us a gift card with the balance. We went to use, it and they said it had been spent in another state. We called corporate to get this straightened out and they gave us a 6 month run around. They ignored our inquiries and told us they were working on it. They sent a new card finally and then they gave us the run around again while trying to activate it. I do not recommend going to babies r us, and especially dealing with their gift cards. Their BBB has the worst rating possible and now I know why.

This babies r us is okay but not great. It is often hard to find an employee if you need help and often there isnt even a cashier at the register. The employees that do work here usually are not very friendly either. But the shelves are always stocked and you can find just about anything you need here
