My husband and I are expecting our first and picked this store to "play with" all of the items we would need--we dont have much experience with kids or kid stuff and we werent ready to purchase much, but we wanted to be able to touch everything and ask questions, etc. This was the PERFECT first stop, and probably the only baby store we will need to visit! They had all of the items we wanted to see and touch, including all of the top strollers and carseats. Sarah helped us--she has dark hair and shes suuuper nice! I swear she spent a couple of hours with us, walking us though the endless aspects of different strollers, sharing personal experiences, and even encouraging us to try out the different mechanisms with a weighted baby doll named Charley! She patiently taught us how to strap him into our top pick carseat, and let us try him in all the different strollers we were interested in. We took our top choices out to the "stroller course" for a quick spin, which helped us narrow it down to our top choice, which was able to smoothly navigate the bumps and curves with ease. :) She even helped us save some money by pointing out that a certain color of our favorite carseat was on sale that day--score!! Although we picked up the carseat on sale, we held off on purchasing a stroller that day as planned, and she and the other staff member onsite were not pushy in the slightest. They answered all of our questions in detail and were incredibly helpful for the entire time we were in the store. We will definitely be back for more of our baby needs as our due date gets closer!

After initially being a fan of this store because of their selection, I expressed concerns about The Baby Cubbys advocacy of bed-sharing and the DockATot on The Baby Cubbys Instagram page. Look up the "safety standards" of the DockATot, one by one, and you will see that very few (I found one) is really relevant to infants and the product. Most have to do with flammability of upholstry or other random things. This "rigorously tested" producted cant even pass CSPC and ASTM standards. Bed-sharing is also a dangerous practice to promote because it is the single greatest reason for SUIDs (Sudden Unexpected Infant Deaths) in Utah and the US. Bed-sharing is damned by the AAP, made up of over 66,000 pediatricians, and all real safe sleep experts. The only evidence every cited to the contrary comes from Dr. McKenna, an anthropologist who was refuted in 2004. The Baby Cubby selectively deleted my comments and misconstrued our conversation. They only care about money, not the safety of children or the parents who rely on them.

I love this store! When I came into this store, I was coming in with a bad attitude because I had just had a horrifying experience at Burlington Coat Factory in Orem. The moment we walked into the store there was a peaceful environment. The sales people were helpful and happy and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. They let me and my party camp out in some chairs to relax while I perused some diaper bags. They were so patient with me as I tried to decide what I liked. We were there so long and we did not realize how much time had passed. We did not realize the time until they started counting their money tills, they never once asked us to leave. They were so sweet and thoughtful. They also did not mind all of the questions I had about their products. It was also comforting to know that they only have products in their store that they believe in. This is what a store should be! I will definitely turn to them for my baby needs and questions about their products.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a while now--we were looking for a carseat that could fit with the two we already owned so that we could have three across. They had the one we thought we were gonna get in the store and they let us try it in the car--turns out it didnt work. One of the employees (I think her name was Jana) was a certified car seat specialist and helped us try out a bunch of different options. Even after none of them were working some of the other employees had been researching online and found a car seat that they believed would fit but that they didnt have and sent us to Buy Buy Baby up in Sandy! We did end up getting that model (A Diono) and we were/are so grateful for their help and knowledge--even if it meant sending us somewhere else! I never write reviews but I was SO impressed I want to recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for baby stuff!!

One of the worst experiences I have had so far. I was so excited to finally purchase a City Select Double Stroller. When I started searching online I found this website. The website said that if you sign up for our newsletter we will give you 10% your first order. I quickly signed up and could not wait to check out. When entering my discount code it said not valid. I contacted customer service through chat and informed the lady that my 10% discount is not working. She then informed me that the City Select Stroller is the one and only thing the discount does not apply to. I explained that no where on the site does it say there are any exclusions or restrictions. She wrote back and said that she agreed and there is nothing that says that but that they still will not stay true to the promise advertised and offer me my 10%. Very deceiving!!!

AVOID Babycubby- buy from Amazon where they back their products. I bought a diaper bag from this site for Christmas. Within the month I took it to the pool. I had it sitting on the cement floor. It didnt get wet but absorbed some water from the cement floor. Now the bag has a water stain that wont wash out. A diaper bag should resist stains and be washable. Babycubby does not stand behind their overpriced merchandise. The response, "Im sorry to hear that the water mark wont come out of your bag. Unfortunately, Little Unicorns warranty does not cover water damage, so we wont be able to replace your bag. If you would like to purchase a new bag, below is a 10% off coupon code you can use. Let me know if you have anymore questions." What?!! They expect a diaper bag to never get wet. Welcome to motherhood. Will not shop here again.

We were told about this place by others. We checked it out because we were having issues with a piece of furniture ordered else where to come on time. We came here in hopes of getting it in better time. They helped us get it ordered and then because of the other company (I guess because they feared losing a sale) actually decided it wasnt going to take so long and wouldnt cancel the order and delivered it. That meant we had to cancel our order with Baby Cubby. They were great about it and had no problems. If it werent so far for me I would love to support them more. The variety of items sold here is great. I dont know how the prices compare to other stores but they felt reasonable. The service, as my experience above shows, is great.
