Always have a horrible experience with this store. The employees treat the customers like crap and do what they can to make them not want to come back. The store is falling apart. The bathroom is discussing. They dont honor their own policies. They wont let you get your registry completion unless you do it in store. Also when you call and ask if they had something they always say yes so you end up wasting a trip out there to get that item and they dont have it. Dont shop at this store. Its worth the drive to go to buy buy baby where they care about their customers.

Employees we talked to were not knowledgeable. We wanted the easiest to clean upholstered rocking chair, and they assured us micro-fiber was the way to go. The thing is a PAIN to clean, the exact opposite of what we were looking for! Everything sticks to it, and when you try to clean it with a damp cloth, it leaves unsightly rings as it dries. Prices in the store were also too high. Try amazon instead.

Very helpful staff, always willing to exchange things easily and quickly. My wife and I were able to take almost every stroller off the shelf and try it out, very nice lady came and helped us get even more based off what we were looking for, had no issue with having to put almost every stroller in the store back.

we ordered a crib online from Babies "R" Us. the manufactured miss labeled the crib and sent the wrong color. we went to the local store and they were very helpful. they returned and shipped the crib back for us and by chance had the correct color that we were able to take home that same evening.

Called in to check if they had a product for me, not only did the receptionist look it up for me, she got up out from her desk to go find the product to bring to the front of the store so all I have to do is walk in and pick up my items. Amazing customer service!

Great quality, but only worth it if you have a coupon. Wait for those sales! Most of the employees are knowledgable and helpful, but weve dealt with a few idiots (one who cost us $100!). Just make sure youre dealing with someone who knows what their doing.

Great selections and many things here you cannot find any other stores such as walmart and target. However price always seems higher than online stores
