On Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at about 8:30 pm, I had visited the store. I was at a previous location in Paradise Valley looking for an item but they didnt have it, so they called this location on E Bell rd, and the associate had confirmed they had it. I drove across town and the customer service was at register 8. I asked the associate I was there to pick up an item that was on hold for me because the other store had called them. The associate that was working the customer service on register 8 brought the item that was on hold for me. It was the wrong item and the associate did not even care, she did not even apologize or offer any sympathy. I asked if she can check if any other store had it, but she was reluctant as she told me the phones dont work, I waited awhile and she finally attempted to call another store with a huge attitude. She told me they did not have it either and just left me without any help. At the previous store that had sent me, they were very apologetic and made sure the item was at the E bell rd, but the associate at the e bell rd did not make sure that the item was correct, they just assumed it was the right one based on the location it was sitting at. The PV issued me a coupon, however, the e bell rd associate that was working customer service could care less about customer service. I will never be returning to this location based on my experience.

This is a great store, everything is brand new and my kids love it. But I had trouble in the parking lot with a security guy, I wont bore you with all the details but lets just say I had to call the police on him. When I went later to speak with a manager about what happened he basically told me its not his problem that I should call the property management company. I suggested that they are PM customer and he should talk to them about how the security is treating customers, he didnt get. To bad I shop at Anne, Tuesday Mornings, Jamba Juice and Im a member of Massage Envy and LA Fitness but the way I was treated in front of Toy R Us and their response it looks like I will be going somewhere else to buy toys. You guys get a POOR on service!

I was just putting together my sons big surprise for his birthday in the morning. come to find out its defective! Im majorly upset that what I had planned for him to wake up and see cant happen! now I have no time to modify this situation and my sons gonna be upset he didnt get the one thing he wanted to wake up too. its 1am and Im now the unhappiest mother for my son!! happy birthday Dontae, I guess it will be an IOU... Never again will I shop this Toys r us/ babies r us!

The manager kept running her mouth even though I told her I dont want to fight and Im happy with the game I got and the DLC wasnt in there and they were too late and and then she kept running her mouth and running your mouth I told her I dont want to fight im happy until I had to yell out loud I dont want to fight shut your mouth.

Tried to buy a Care Bear folding sofa that had a 20% off tag on it. When my I got to the register they would not honor the discount because THEY put the sofas on the wrong shelf. Manager would not even look. Associates are rude and would not even look at other stores. Will NEVER shop at this store again.

Tried to call for availability 3 times was on hold for 15 min at one point. So drive over and couldnt find anyone to help at all and was having hard time finding what I was looking for. Finally found someobe and they played phone tag for 20 min cause they didnt know what was going on. What a cluster.

The location is clean, and the staff there gives great customer service. They even went out of their way to make one of their Hot Wheels cars driveable so my disabled son can try one out before we bought one.
