The manager Bryan was really really rude ! I dont know how he could be a manager at a big store like Toys R Us. All we wanted to do is return an item that didnt work and he wouldnt even give us store credit on a purchase of 400$. What am i going to do with an item that doesnt work and is worth 400$ i am obviously going to want at least store credit! But noo he was soo rude and just walked away !

Who the heck expects to use expired coupons?? This place is always great. The staff has been super helpful. Ive gone here since about 2007. Whether shopping for others or my own kid, its always easy to shop, clean, and friendly. When I went to return non-receipted items from my shower, they returned what they could and kindly told me why they couldnt return the rest, and it was not a problem.

Staff knows what theyre talking about! Especially the people that assemble the things you buy, even though they dont have to! Super nice of them. Babies"R"Us should let them take tips though! Its messed up knowing they spend about 30 minutes to an hour knowing Id probably take a week to assemble it and for them just to say "sorry we cant accept tips" made me sad. Lol

I go to this store quite often nothing wrong with staff ever. Seriously, you want people to accept EXPIRED coupons? They have expiration dates for a reason. When your drivers license expires you have to get a new one, even if it is, "only a few days."

Great store and knowledgeable staff. Sometimes you have to track down an associate because theyre busy helping someone else. Once theyre free they are extremely helpful. LOVE THE REWARDS!!! Remember good things come to those who wait!!!!

The manger is very rude. The staff however are very sweet and helpful. Well the two girls I spoke with. They do not honor they own coupons even if they are a day or two late and the manager stated they dont take competitor coupons.

Great experience at this babiesrus was greeted when we came in the door had 5 kids with me. At checkout we were ready to pay and the cashier gave us an extra 10% off for having twins. Ive never felt so grateful in my entire life

Not Too bad but, some times they only open one casher at a time even long line, and there is no item on stock which in on Sale...
