Baby registry gift and selection is disappointing compared to competitors. Jennifer was our cashier and she was so incredibly rude and her behavior and attitude is unacceptable for working at a customer service desk. I started my registry and found a stroller, car seat, and base that we liked and an accociate kindly brought them to the customer service desk for me. Upon checkout I put my registry paper on the table and my coupons. Jennifer apparently didnt see my registry paper and never scanned it so nothing came off my registry. She also argued with me about a buy buy baby coupon (3 other accociates said yes they accept them when I started my registry and asked) and eventually ended up just accepting it. Then I was confused about the promotion and she snottily told me to just read the screen and refused to help explain it to us. Finally I figured it out and said no I just want the double points and she rolled her eyes and said well you needed to just press cancel then. That was my question the whole time!! Then she pushes the big bulky heavy boxes for me to lift into the cart (IM PREGNANT) and doesnt even offer to help and watches me struggle to lift it all. She literally just stood there as I was struggling to lift the boxes from the floor up past my waist into the cart. I find it unacceptable that any grocery store will ask if you need help carrying items to you car but a store dedicated to babies and people who are obviously pregnant doesnt train their employees the common courtesy of helping people!! Terrible customer service!!! Disgusted in how Jennifer treats customers. UPDATE: Called and left a voicemail to the manager and he never called back. Awful customer service.

Our order was canceled even though they failed to inform they fixed it by giving back our money and selling us the display and giving us a discount. Thanks to the associates, manager, and supervisor for fixing the issue.
