I was having the hardest time trying to find the things I needed. Im a new mom, single, and I spent two months income getting the basics to prepare for my child. Then he came out much larger than any of his new born clothes. I was desperate to get a decent amount of clothing to replace the ones I had purchased steeply discounted. All of the staff was very kind and one floor clerk spent hrs working with me to find those basic things that I needed so bad. I came into the store fairly distraught and was very worried about getting what I needed, I can honestly say that I left grateful and happy. Hopefully I can make it back tomorrow to get an exchange on a larger purchase. Its been approved and will make my life so much easier. If I make it back

Went to this location yesterday to register my best friend for her baby shower and got amazing help from Danielle!! She was awesome and friendly, and made the experience worth while. The registry was made simple and we had too much fun. Only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because of the other women sitting around the registry desk chit chatting away and cursing, extremely unprofessional and didnt pay any attention to the fact that we were waiting for them to finish their conversation to ask a question!! I wish I knew their names.. but Danielle I remember!! She was so sweet!! As well as some of the other team members stocking up, they all took time to answer questions and offer suggestions on different items. Thank you all

Friendly and knowledgeable staff... I recently purchased a new crib at this store and I must say the staff here seem friendlier and much more knowledgeable than the other locations Ive been to. Jeff, who I believe is the manager, is an absolute gem! He not only matched a competitors price, he beat it by 5%! He even personally helped us load it into our vehicle and secure it. With employees like Jeff, we will definitely be back to this Babies R Us location for all our babys needs.

It has everything for you n your new bundle of joy. Staff is friendly & helpful. Great for picking up items ordered on-line as well. Lots of good places to eat in the same center. Designated parking for prego moms rite in the front!

Everyone was helpfull, but the restroom and the changing roon were very dirty! I didnt want to change my baby in there! Also I felt like we were followed around.
