Worst experience ever: I have always been a fan of babies r us when purchasing baby gear. I am currently expecting my first born and I signed up for a registry. I recently had my baby shower where I received a couple of items that were not on my registry list from people that were not aware I had one. I came into the store to exchange the items for something I need. Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am only a couple of weeks away from my due date, I had to drive a long way, wait a good while in line just to be treated very poorly. The bothered look in her face when called to help was SO unnecessary. I walked in there with the intention of buying my stroller, carseat && playpen as well. Well, not after such service. I asked her to please delete my registry and it was very obvious Manager didnt care to lose a customer. Not EVER will I shop with a store that has such bad managers!!! If I could give them no star I definitely would! SMH.

They have everything, but as a result it can be a hassle finding the little thing youre searching for. Usually have to wait a bit at checkout, they dont have enough cashiers open to compensate for the fact that every other person is search for a registry or something.

Waited to be assisted in the stroller area and when it was my turn the employee was short answered my question and that was it, a little shocked at her brief response to me considering she had just went all out pushing the sale before me.

Frequently visited there long time ago to get shirts, medicines, bibster, car seat, car seat cover, stroller cover, etc. Now my daughter is growing up. Located across to costco and next to trolley rail.
