Ive called 7 times they do not answer the phone period . i made a baby Registry n cant log in because the passcode i wrote down is not the one Jesus Entered. I was given coupons to use online as i shopped n went to enter the code i realized they where over a year expired worst experience of my life they gave me a scanner to scan my items tht e Kept dieing so he told me bring up my items so he can scan them never offered me help even tho im almost 8 months Pregnant and cant lift A Crib or car seat n those are main items ppl put on registry DO NOT MAKE YOUR REGISTRY HERE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS N DISAPPOINTMENT !!! If i could give zero stars i would but they did have cute stuff

The worst customer service in-store and over the phone. On hold for 43 mins when I called in. Went to the store, thinking it would be quicker, asked for assistance from 2 different people only to have waited another 32 mins and still not getting any help. Horrible service! Decided just to check out and waited in line for another 23 mins because only 1 cashier was helping out. Super shocked at the level of incompetence in this stores employees and management for such a large chain.

I love this location because it seems to have more selections then most. It is also in need of great maintenance, however. I feel like displays are always so dirty and grimy. Same goes for the restrooms and the mommy room. Customer service at this location is also better than most.

Riley helped us today and he was awesome! Customer service on its highest level. Knowledgeable about all things baby. No question or concern went unanswered. The guy needs a promotion and a raise for such amazing service. Hats off to him because he deserves it

If I could, I would give zero stars...worst experience ever!!! 2 lines open and even though I was next and had my daughter go to the other line to wait as well, it took more than 30 minutes for both cashiers to finish with their customers they had each smh
