My mom and I went in to grab some stuff for my sons first birthday. We were there when the store opened at 10am. I was disappointed to see the boys leather jackets were on clearance and nearly sold out that Id seen only a couple week prior. Damien, was working by the baby clearance rack and asked if he could help me find something. When I told him, he went above and beyond my expectations!! He searched every other local Babies"R"Us and found stores that had the size in the jacket I was looking for and placed it on hold for me to pick-up at the location I chose. He searched diligently, providing THE BEST customer service I have seen in a LONG time! Especially in a retail store. I was more pleased with the quality of customer care I received from this employee that I was about being able to get the jacket I wanted for my son. So much that I requested to speak to the manager while we were at the register checking out, so I could inform them of what an excellent experience Id just had and what a rare employee they have working for them. I suggested his customer service skills be acknowledged and rewarded to encourage others to follow his lead. I will DEFINITELY be back to shop at that store. Even though its not the closest store near me, Damien will be my go to guy if I ever have any questions.

I am 9 months pregnant with my first baby and this has been my GoTo store during my entire pregnancy. Everyone is extremely helpful, zero attitude! If I have an issue they fix it no problem. They price match from Amazon, which huge... Im happy to go through Babies R Us and not online especially with this kind of service! Christina, Sarah, Arpasia and Coryn are such sweethearts and are so pleasant easy to work with, they are knowledgeable and happy and clearly love what they do. I was such a rookie and they were all extremely patient with me and we had a few laughs as well. I am very grateful for how my husband and I were treated at the Babies R Us on Jamboree in Irvine, Ca.

This is by far the worst service I have ever seen at the customer service desk, including some extremely rude people that work at the desk. Especially the hispanic lady with the pony tail. I have never experienced such rudeness. After spending so much on the birth of our baby, the last thing you expect is such awful service and rude staff. It feels like you owe them something. Their managers are not qualified for their position, because they can't get their staff under control. Their service is awful. I am never shopping here again!! I would rather shop at Bergstrom or Ebay, but never again at this Babies R Us store!!! I am totally boycotting this store!!!

Great experience with Stroller Spa! The front wheel on my Bugaboo started to freeze up and I was dreading having to buy new wheels.After contacting Bugaboo and realizing that it would take the company four weeks to get replacements, I took a shot and headed over to Stroller Spa. After an assessment and a quick adjustment, Jamie had the problem solved! She saved me from dropping a hundred bucks on new wheels and got me back on the road in under ten minutes.I found her so helpful and really lovely to boot.I couldnt be more pleased!

Every time I go to this store to get an item for a baby shower it is such a hassle using their registry. All of the item locations on the registry dont match the location labels around the store. So you end up walking around everywhere to find an item. So if you start looking for one item and its out of stock, then you move on to the next item on the list, only to find that the location of that item doesnt match where it should be so you walk around more. Inconvenient and a hassle to shop there.

Prices are too high, and there is never any staff on the floor to help you when you need it. I usually have to go to the front to ask for help, where the employee greets me with an annoyed "yeah?" I once waited 30 minutes for someone to come help us in the furniture section after they were called. Also, their nursing room isnt kept very clean and neat. For all these reasons, I usually drive much further to go to Buy Buy Baby.

Bad customer service and not enough training for baby r us employee. Customer service have been waiting for the right help so long and they look so bad when I check out at cashiers. I buy online to delivery to store, they did not call me for items arrive . I had been two weeks, I call in and ask for my items, they transfer me everywhere . So I have to come in the store today. Th umber down bad bad bad .

I went in this store Friday evening around 7:15 pm July 7th to look at baby car seats. Not a single sales associate came over to ask if I needed help. And I couldnt find anyone. The store looked to be very short on help. I have visited this store previously over the last several months and they were much better in terms of staff and help. That visit was during first shift hours and perhaps a different staff.

Stopped here to pick up some things for our new grandson. This place had a lot to offer. Employees were very helpful. I was surprised and impressed that they had a place were we could gift wrap our purchases. This was awesome since we were from our of town and gave us the opportunity to pick out, purchase, and wrap. We walked out of the store all set to give our gifts. We couldnt have been happier.

A wonderland of childrens books, toys, gadgets and gifts. It helps if you have a rugrat to buy for, but if not just pretend youre buying for your "niece" and play with everything anyway.Yes, its a store that even big kids will like too.Miss Three was thrilled with the books I bought from here -bright and colorful and a little different to the ones she has back home in Australia.

Worst store ever. We have came here (because of convenience) probably 30 times. The line is always very long. They dont care about the customers. They mess up all the time. Its so time consuming and crazy to come to this store. Wish management wouldnt realize or change so the experience could possibly get better. Its been like this for 2 years.

Amazing!I dont have kids but love toys and this place is terrific.Dollhouses, robot blocks, stuffed animal heads... all sorts of things to incite the curious mind. Its hard to describe what makes this place so cool but suffice it to say its a very unique kids store that should appeal to the young and young at heart alike.

Called the store to ask what the process was for a return on a stroller and the girl who answered was very rude. She spoke to me like I was a child that didnt understand what she was saying. I just said ok Ill take the item to the store and before I could say "thank you" SHE hung up on ME.

I was here to do the first shopping for my baby girl who will be making me a dad soon! Theyve got a broad range of products. Almost everything that could be bought. The service staff were kindhearted too.
