Im a new mother to be and Im dissatisfied with the entire experience with registering, gift bag, website and product. I was excited to pick up our first baby gift my aunt bought and scheduled it for pick up. Well we got the box and it had plastic clear tape on the lid. Didnt think much of it because the clerk said it was new, well when we got home and opened it everything wasnt in plastic bags. It was used, and had scuff marks all over it. We didnt even take the baby swing out of the box. Im baffled they would sell a dirty, used product and not even inform the customer. This is for my little new born. No way. What made it even worse when my husband called the store he was hung up on.
