They almost never answer the phone, and if they do, they drop the call when placing you on hold. Has happened now at least 10 times since this last November. Ive been in the store recently. Otherwise I would think no one actually works here. They are so disorganized, and the selection is unimpressive. Maybe its just the Redlands store, but its so dingy and dilapidated.

There is no staff to assist. The combined Toys R Us staff really only supports that half of the store. Store is usually clean and well-kept, just be prepared to shop by yourself and read online reviews before you go.

Difficult to navigate. Even with the registry # could not get to the list of choices the registrants made. Gave up
