In general, weve visited two Toys R Us stores and called about 10 of them. Granted its Christmas time and we realize they are busy but overall, every place and location have been completely unorganized. This Fullerton store is impossible to call, at least with the phone number they have listed. Weve called 10 times so far today, no answer just an automatic answer after 5 or 6 rings that hangs up on you. We are looking for a specific toy kitchen, the first place (City of Industry) didnt carry it, the second (Ontario) didnt have anymore in stock, the third (Anaheim) told us over the phone that they have one left but refused to put it on hold. All other stores wont answer their phone or we get put on hold for 15 minutes and then subsequently hung up on. With the rise of online shopping, I would suggest Toys R Us gets their act together and step up or they will find themselves out of business just like the other retail giants that couldnt compete.

They never answer their phone. rings for 5 minutes then you get a recording and it basically says no one is answering your call and you will be disconnected ! I called other stores in the area and was told that this store is known for this. They turn their phones off because they dont want to be bothered and corporate does nothing about it. Pretty sad ! These are the people that when their store closes down are whining because they dont have a job anymore. Lazy...Lazy....Lazy I would be ashamed if I was the store manager here.

Manager on duty Sarah has not one ounce of costumer service in her body. I had an issue with pricing on what was quoted by another associate and she blew me off when the price was not correct. Didnt try to help in anyway, instead the cashier was apologizing for her and said that she wish she could help. No ones deserves to be felt an idiot, when all you are trying to do is get stuff for your kids. Thank goodness for Amazon and other online retailers, this store just became a showroom for me and I will do my shopping online.

This place is extremely small. They never have floor attendants and its hard to get someone to help you. And no one at the register knows how to do anything with registries, you have to go wait in another line for someone to go to the registry booth, another 30 mins wasted just to add something onto your registry. Very unprofessional... not to mention they dont like to answer their phone there. I called the store over 10 times and no one answered.

Customer service is poor. I called trying to find a softball glove for my daughter. The first time I called I was asked to hold to be transferred to the floor personnel and was left on hold for over five minutes. I tried calling back three times and the call rang through until I was eventually hung up on. The call was at 8:45 pm and the store closed at 9:30 pm. No excuses, this is not how to attract and maintain customers.

Worst customer service ever. Called three different times on 3 different hours in the same day. Not once did they pick up the phone. It rang for over 7 minutes each time. I caled corporate and they said well there is nothing we can really do if they are not picking up. Really retarded lady? how stupid can you be? Obviously their customer service is clear from the top down.

The place is big, well organized and remodeled, but the problem is the merchandise. Everything I looked at did not seem new, they were dirty and wrappings looked like theyve been opened and closed back again. "New" diaper bags were coming apart. I won’t be coming back to this location again. I’ll stick to the Irvine location!

The cashiers were really rude to me and then i actually caught them in a lie when i asked them if they had an item in stock and they were so lazy they didnt evn check they just said they didnt have it and i go and look and what do you know they did have it and alot of it so i will no longer come here again

Clean and well organized floor and items. My kids obviously love this place. Love the fact they take NFC payments to make checkout easier. I didnt have to wait to be cashed out like other Toys R Us stores Ive been too. Great Job to the manager and staff of this store.

Sucks. As soon as i walked in the lobby today with my pregnant wife, theres a strong stench of marijuana. Great job babyRus. If any parents have babies that ends up with learning disabilities, you know which store caused it by heavily exposing you to aerosolized THC.
