Ordered a lampshade and two baby pillows on May 16. Items were said to be shipping in 2-5 business days. When we still had not received them nor any type of email update on May 28 we called customer service. They looked up the order and said These items are due to be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer on June 2. I told them receiving an email update on the delay would have been nice, but there wasnt anything I could do about that so wed just wait. June 6 I receive an email from them stating the lampshade I ordered was unavailable and wanted to know if I still wanted to have the pillows shipped. Needless to say we cancelled the rest of the order and will go to a more competent company that keeps us in the loop so I dont have to call customer service or wait at the mailbox for an order that isnt coming which Ive already been charged for. The thing that makes me the most upset is they still have this item on their website available for sale! Ridiculous.

This company STINKS!!! I placed an order March 19 and as of April 6 still did not have it nor could I get a response to my emails of concern. The number to customer service is "not a working number". When I would check on the order through my account with then it just kept saying "processing". I cancelled my order. i would not order from this company!!!

Great service, excellent products and you can find good deals as well.Their suggested delivery time are always longer than actual delivery time. I had a good impression when my order was delivered 4 days before the schedule delivery date. They really are the best place to shop for great deals and beautiful nursery items.
