Poor Experience Buyer Beware! We spent over $600 on a crib set through their in house layaway plan. I call to confirm my final pay and pick up with the so called manager and he confirms final payment and ask me to call back in a couple of days in order to locate our product (what kind of customer service is that). After 3 days i call and this time i get a female so called assistant manager and explain to her the situation and let me tell you this young lady has no clue about customer service, instead she starts to argue with me about paying a $20 late fee for layaway being overdue! Now mind you the gentleman (The Store Manager) that I spoke to ealier on in the week never mentioned a $20 late fee this nor is this explained in their posted layaway plan document! At this point im highly disatisfied with the poor shopping experience and the lack of customer service what so ever! I was ready to completely cancel my entire layaway, but unfortunately i couldnt do this to my wife who picked out this set for our daughter, so I went ahead and gave them their $20 late fee just to get our product and run! This kind of experience is why our brick and motor retail company are struggling, you put people in customer service/ manager roles that have absolutely no clue and instead of growing a relationship and business with their customers there chasing them away! I will never do business with this establishment again and i reccommend to anyone in the market for baby furniture to stay clear away from this place!

Worst customer service ever , recommend you to go anywhere else! I bought my baby a bmw i8 concept for his birthday , I had it on layaway and I went in to make a payment and I asked the guy behind the register (who turns out to be the one in charge) why their product was more expensive than at other stores & if they do price match, "HE" told me that in fact they do and it would have to be on eBay and I would have to add shipping price, he even gave me a model number. Yesterday I went in to finish paying and I pulled up everything they asked me for and he still denied my price match and said it was because I had already put it on layaway (take in mind I was making a payment on my layaway when he told me all of this so he knew it was layaway) that if I would have been a new customer they would have honored it. Its so messed up and then I wanted to cancel and the lady told me $50 when clearly it stated on the form I signed that it was $35. All they do is try and get you for what you got! it was such a horrible experience and im going to cancel the order ! Im upset and they dont even deserve 1 star.

Terrible business, bought a hurricane r/c car, after one month, battery wont hold a charge. They replace it, and again, a couple months later, replacement battery wont hold a charge. This has costed me almost $500 for a car that I cant even use. Buyer beware

Poor customer service if your running business you should have a manager or supervisor in present or available to get hold off him /her. Not have to wait till someone come week later to get help.
