I ordered a crib from another location that took 2 weeks to come. When I brought it home to set up before my baby shower I realized it had a horrible gash in the headboard. As a new mother and about to have my baby shower without my dream crib I was very upset. I traveled a little further to this babies are us and was helped my Nester a new sales person. He was so helpful with trying to get me the same crib in time for my baby shower. Also the manager Ray was amazing. They were able to get me my same crib just in time for my shower. I would travel to this babies r us over the Toys r us/ Babies r us stores. They are so friendly and baby stuff is all they sale. Thank you RAY and Nestor for an amazing experience! :)

There is never anyone around to explain products to a first time Mom. And when I walk all around the store to find someone, they will say "oh that isnt my department" Plus, the lines to leave are unbelievably L-O-N-G! I really wish they would lower prices and get new workers. Now, I never buy there. I just go to research and pick out products and then I buy them for half the price online, which is much more convenient as I dont have to stand in long lines while pregnant.

lots of variety in selection of baby goods. w/coupons &/or sales, prices are pretty good. staff is poorly organized & minimally helpful: consistently empty registers w/long lines of customers waiting (seen on multiple visits) & general knowledge of some goods. if you know what you are looking for or want to purchase & dont need assistance, this is a good place to go.

This place is huge! They have everything you need for your baby. Wife and I registered here to our baby shower and they have nice little perks like a gift card for 10 percent of the money spent on your registry, price matching, and returns up to one year. They have been there forever and the staff is knowledgeable as well.

Was buying the carseat for neworn today with my wife. Was approached by staff on multiple occasions with help offers. The checkout had 2 registers open with wait less than 10 min. Was able to use the coupon from my cell without a problem. Much bettet service than the Hawthorne location.

I always find what Im looking for. Theyre rewards program is awesome and the 10 percent for card holders is a big plus. I also love that there is a mothers room here so I always know that I can come here and feed my baby comfortably.

Being going here for years. One woman, Lauren, refused to let me do separate transactions so I could use my coupons. I drop 2 to 300 dollars in one trip. customer service is really lacking here.

Worth it if its on clearance or a superior quality product. Theyve scaled back staffing quite a bit over the years. Buy, buy, baby may be the alternate choice.
