I ordered 2 car seats from here. One for my baby due soon and one for my 3 year old from this small company instead of ordering from clek or amazon because I like to shop small and support small businesses. I learned the hard way that their customer service is horrible. They are very unorganized and their website says things are in stock and over a month later your stuff doesnt ship when it says it ships within 2 days.... They dont respond to calls or emails. Horrible customer service. Terrible do NOT shop here. Heres the full story... On December 1st I purchased 2 car clek car seats that said were in stock on their website. The ship time says 2 business days so I was expecting that. A week and a half later I hadnt received any sort of confirmation and reached out to them via email... Upon hearing no response I reached out to them on the phone. After calling and calling I finally spoke with Bryan who said they would both be shipping right away. A few days later he said one of them was out of stock and asked if I wanted a different color. No. I paid $450 for the car seat. I dont want a different color I want the color I paid for. He said one would ship and the other was out of stock. He was awaiting the ship date from clek and said he would keep me updated. (In the meantime one of my clek car seats arrived which shipped 2 weeks after purchase, not 2 days). However 3 more weeks go by and I didnt hear from Bryan about my other clek car seat. I emailed, no response. I called and left voice mails... no response. Now we are just weeks away from my due date and I STILL dont have my car seat for this baby. I called and called and finally got Michelle on the phone on January 10th. She was helpful and kind but I think she knew how frustrated and angry I was at this point. They still didnt have my car seat in stock. Which I understand wasnt in their power but why is it listed as in stock on their site and 2 day shipping if theyre not even on hand?? Why were they not reaching out to me to update me. Why did I have to call and call and call??? After so much frustration I just requested a refund for the one car seat that still hadnt shipped. I ordered it elsewhere yesterday when my refund pended and will NEVER shop from this small business again. They need to hire some sort of customer service rep because they as the owners are horrible with customer service and staying on top of important things. *Beware*

I agree with the other posters that they have horrible customer service. I ordered a Britax car seat a few weeks ago and have not received a tracking number and have been trying to reach someone in their customer service department and no one is answering my calls. I called their boutique, finally got through to someone but she would not help me and kept referring me to the toll free number where no one will answer. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them. They happily charged my credit card and its been over two weeks, still no seat and no idea if and when it will arrive.

Bryan was SO helpful! I was completely confused about all the stroller/car seat options and he quickly ran through all the features of each of the top brands. When I asked why they didnt have Britax he explained that their quality had gone down recently and they were involved in a lawsuit where they lost. Long story short, they dont sell products that arent worth your money, even if theyre popular. They also have a wide selection of bottles, swaddles, carriers, toys, diaper bags. Prices were the same as online. I highly recommend supporting this small business.

Do not order through their website. It has been a month since I made an order but have not received the booster seat yet. The order status is still processing, There is no cancel button. (only reorder button, funny, huh?) No one has answered my calls. No callbacks from the several voice messages I left. No one has replied my emails. No idea how I can cancel my order. You have been warned. Im going to file a complaint through bbb and California Department of Consumer Affair. Do not use their website.

Greatest place ever to buy your baby gear! Bryan and his wife are great people, they help you with every single question or doubt you may have....I literally spent 2hrs. in their Shop and they helped me decide on the best stroller and car seat for my baby! They never got frustrated with any of my million questions, they answered all of them....They blow these big baby product corporations out of the water for sure!....THE 1 AND ONLY PLACE IM SHOPING FOR MY BABY!

Excellent customer service. My order arrived damaged from transit and Traveling Tikes fixed the issue within 24 hours. A new item is being sent out and I couldnt be happier with the customer service and helpfulness of Michelle. Will definitely do business with them again and recommend to friends and family. We couldnt be happier with our experience buying our stroller, car seat, and high chair from Brian and Michelle. They spent a lot of time with us explaining our options, test driving down the block, and demonstrating different features. Way better than just reading online reviews and buying off a website. Stumbled upon by accident on the way to Amoeba. We used to have a store similar to this in Vancouver on Howe street. Its an adult collectors store thats more artist driven like dunny etc. Staff were very open, helpful and warm. I will admit that what caught my attention was the stuff toy toast and jam in the window.

Michelle and Bryan have so much knowledge. I bought a Wow cup for my daughter because of their recommendation. My toddler uses it everyday at lunch. Ease to clean compared to my camel back cup we had. The Funpod has also been the most used item we use in the kitchen.
