I brought my iPhone 6 in for a screen repair they told me my OCD was out and charge me nearly $200 I am new to the area and thought I was at the phone Sensei because when I called and talk to him he told me $99 for iPhone 6 screen labor and all, and that is what I expected today when I came there because as I walk through the door I talk to these guys and said I called in earlier about the iPhone 6 he said you were going to give me a deal and they Could match or beat anyones price so I gave them my phone no way dude it took about an hour I continue talking to them as if I were talking to the phone Sensei and went right along with it like they had been talking to me they assumed to be the phone Sensei , but when I got my bill I was furious instantly called the number I had been dialing assuming it was them and it wasnt they were not the phones and say at all he informed me in fact it if I had a drop my phone off 45 minutes ago that it wouldve been done 25 minutes ago and he explained that I got mixed up in my route and he even assured me that I would be OK where I was that the wireless doctors could handle any of my problems. Well even he was wrong this time because they created problems for me by having my warranty void by not using OEM parts. But after talking to the phone Sensei he had me bring the phone in and examine my phone for free and clearly showed me the difference between OEM and the parts that were put on my phone at this place. He offered to change them out for free I declined because I didnt think it would be that big of a deal I went for my upgrade about two weeks later. But I was having a problem with a repeat charger noise my charging port I thought was messed up I took it to the Apple Store because with the phone on the charger it would just repetitively beep every three seconds will they traced it down in the problem was in the graphics box on the display cable from the screen I bought here at this place Apple instantly notice the inferior quality screen and void my warranty I lost my ability to upgrade and I am still paying on my phone that does not work until that is I took it to the phone Sensei he actually remanufactured A screen he had from an old customer that had broken glass but a working LCD the process was fascinating he had Apple and Samsung factory equipment in his office which blew my mind because when the screen came out it honestly had more clarity and look better than when I first bought it so to read a review on this page that said someone took their phone to him and he couldnt fix it. Sounds more like an attempt to tarnish his name because if you have ever dealt with this man you know he is an absolute OCD perfectionist and will not stop at risk to himself and his health he puts his work first and it is absolutely a parent in the quality . I no longer want an upgrade I cant believe people resort to what they resort to just to put a dollar in their pocket SMH. Where are the honest hard-working well informed technician said I will tell you where theyre at theyre on 1153 S. Prairie inside the public trading post but honestly if you dont know about him. Then you probably are trying to learn about him because he has a towering difference over everyone else online and since Im not from here I just googled cell phone repair shops and hes been number one for six straight weeks in the state. It was the absolute worst time for my phones LCD to BL I could not use my GPS Because I didnt charge my battery the night before and I ended up in a place that was more like a Lions den then a sanctuary. Im not a big review rider because I just consider it a partial or one-sided but after reading a review on this page from John about a droid four it was almost comical Because I was actually in the store when he was calling the phone Sensei and he was relentless and would not stop this man had a line out the door and 13 phones at least thats what he told me every day I have ever been in there its been standing room only. Come on Dr. stay professional take that review down.

These guy really Rock. I have a older phone.......Droid 4 and no one was able to help me like these guys were. I tried Best Buy, i tried Verizon dealer, i tried Phone Sensei but no one was successful with bringing my droid 4 back to life. I was in desperate need of files and pics on my phone that were not changed over. These guys went in and did what nobody else could do. They were amazing and I was able to get everything i needed. If im ever in the area again and have a issue, Im heading to them to fix my phone. I would definately go to them for any repairs.........good luck my new friends Grand Rapids Mi

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge that I dropped. The store and everyone else I called was scared to even attempt to fix it. I called Pueblo Wireless Doctor, and they said they could fix it. Had a communication error with the salesman I talked to, so my phone was down longer than promised, but the owner made sure to contact me, and we got the problem resolved. My phone works flawlessly, and looks great too.

Woow . this guys are great . I first found a sales rep on Facebook offering an iPhone 6s for sale, he said he could mail to me in Denver at first I didnt believe him but I decided to pay him and I got my phone the next day .. Awesome iPhone no fault and also with waranty .. I love this store ..

I had my Samsung S5 screen and digitizer replaced about a month ago and I have had no problems with my phone since then. The service was polite and very quick. He had my screen replaced within the hour. I would definitely recommend any business to this company.
