Worst experience with a phone company ever......was approached by a cricket rep while paying my tmobil bill told about free phones and that I would get a 50 credit per line I ported on my "next bill" we thought awesome awesome so I confirmed with the rep "my next bill" she said yes maam then 2 weeks later I get a text saying you will have a 50 credit and this text came to each phone... Imagie my surprise when I go to pay my bill and its not even close to what I was told 0 credits on the account. Well it was nearly midnight so I went to bed called to cs as my lines were suspended for non payment after the rep states she sees the text and is Im sure why its not reflected on account says shell get the supervisor after being on hold for 45 min they tell me sorry you were lied to but I cant do anything. But I will restore your services for the day to figure this out. So we go to a store and try to do a bridge pay but are told its not possible to go to the mall where we got the phones. By this time Ive spent an hour and a half in the store over 3 hours on the phone. Drive to the other side of town 15 min drive to stand in yet another store for over 3 hours just to be told yea looks like you have to wait till they turn off after midnight then do a bridge pay o but wait your also gonna have to pay more then today... Like basically we spent nearly 400 last month thinking we would only pay 20 this month just to be told nope bend over your screwed

Amazing Customer service. place was packed and they were dealing rather rude and ignorant/arrogant customers. but were still able to help me with a smile. Was having issues with my phone. and they resolved it quickly and not a skip in their step. it sad that some people can be rude and disrespectful. but those people are just amazing

Bought a phone 7 days ago and they will not refund me. Which is clearly the policy online but I was not aware they have a different policy in store. I did not know this because they NEVER TOLD ME when I bought the phone. So, Beware you only have 6 days to return your device in store.

Amazing customer service. Chuck goes above and beyond to fix issues that arent even his responsibility to fix. Everyone else in the store is super amazing and friendly, and they usually have better deals than the other cricket stores in town.
