I am going to start by saying this was the worst experience I have ever had in a Verizon store, I think this may be due to the fact it is indeed not a corporately owned Verizon store. The prices here were higher than what Verizon has to offer so if you want to pay more, stop by. The representative that I dealt with was Cody and that was one of the shadiest interactions I have ever had, he told me the only way to change my plan was to move to the unlimited plan that "included" a jetpack, he said there was no cost.. When I got my bill I was paying 20$ a month for the jetpack and it was indeed not included, when I tried to return it he said my plan would be the same cost whether I had it or not which is an outright lie. If that wasnt enough he told me that he would waive the activation fee (40$) but my next bill would be higher because of proration, again a lie as that 40$ activation fee posted on my bill. This was the worst experience Ive ever had and will never be coming back. I have told my friends and family the same thing.

I was very disappointed by the service I received at this location. My husband and I repeatedly asked the salesman for the exact amount that would appear on our bill and we were given a specific number, but then I got a text from Verizon saying my bill would be $50+ more than I was promised. When I noticed the discrepancy I called this location and was informed that my only recourse was to call Verizon directly to haggle. It was frustrating that I was mislead to begin with, but unacceptable that the manager at this location did nothing to rectify the problem he created. He insisted that both my husband and I misunderstood the salesman, despite the fact that specific pricing was discussed at length multiple times. If youre dealing with this location be sure to get everything in writing.

I bought I "lifetime guarantee" screen cover from this store along with an EXPENSIVE AEG case on 7/25/17, 2 days later I dropped the phone and cracked the lifetime warrant screen protector; I returned that day and the individual said they were sold out and they would call me when some more came in. they never called so I went back on 8/11/17 and the girl (Elisabeth?) was not at all helpful; she informed me that I needed to contact gadget guard and they would send me a new cover. what a waste of my time!!! some one could have explained that I need to "register" my cover when I bought it or when I returned 2 days later and they were out. guess I wont go back to that Lazy A store.

The employees here are so helpful, I just recently bought a tablet and had a few questions so I just ran into this store and Sam was so helpful, he was able to answer all of my questions and even show me some new things! Before I left Sam asked if there was anything else he could do as well as just taking a quick look at my account, turns out I didnt need to so much data so he even ended up saving me some money as well! Awesome store I recommend them.

First time Ive been in and had an amazing experience! I was greeted right away when I walked in and the employee that assisted me was very knowledgeable about my device. Usually I have to take my whole afternoon off to get a new phone but I was in and out in no time and I didnt even feel rushed. I highly recommend this location!

I went into this location because my current provider plan contract had ended and I wanted to see what Verizon had to offer. Sam was so knowledgeable and explained all my options. No high pressure, and great customer service. Sam handled my switch over and took care of everything for me. Highly-rated and strongly recommend.

I love how slow this store always is!! All the employees are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They take their time with me every time and make sure all my questions are answered. This is the only Verizon store I ever go to!

Screwed us over big time. Signed us up for the BOGO offer for a samsung galaxy s7. Then THEY screwed up the paperwork and now saying its on us to get verizon to honor the deal. Im sure the owner will be thrilled to hear this.
