My husbands phone got smashed in a car door and none of his number got saved to his SIM card because of how new his phone was. We went to this store to simply get a call log of yesterdays calls and they laughed saying it was something they dont do. So we asked to get them transferred and apparently they dont do that either. The staff couldnt even stay off their phones long enough to take this seriously. Horrible staff, no customer service.

"Jenae" The representative was very patient in helping me buy 2 phones and I returned one due to finding my old one. Although no fault to her own with the $50 restocking fee, She was very well informed and did an amazing job placing the protective screens. No bubbles or anything. If you go to this store ask for her by name.

What the hell, I called with a question and the representative answered and before I could ask another question he hangs up the phone. Now I love T-mobile but I hate when a customer service representative hangs up on me without seeing "if there is anything else they could do for me."

Got a phone, told me it was great and high quality. I get home and it glitches, the screen fogs over, and has a horrible camera. I asked specifically asked for a good camera and high speed phone. Great people, horrible service and knowledge of phones.

GO TO HANCOCK AND ACADEMY. This is not a T-Mobile owned store. The Rep Becky refused to read notes in account for an authorized user on the account with an ID . We drove 30 miles for a SIM card and no help.
