1st I was in town last month To visit family and was told if I went online and left a good review I would be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a gift certificate. I brought my Galaxy S4 there for Servicing because it would not read the SIM card, they acted like this was no big deal. They got the phone without really informing me of what they were going to do. Later that afternoon they called me and told me the phone was ready when I got back to their shop I noticed nothing had changed about my device I was very skeptical but it was reading the SIM card so I was happy about that, but that only lasted for about 6 days. I dont know if theyre using old parts or recycling off other phones or what but I paid $150 for nothing, and i know i was overcharged i mean that price is ridiculous and my phone still has the same issues. They offer no warranty and to make it worse they are basically buying reviews from customers so that more people will come to their shop to get ripped off, this is totally unethical and im pretty sure that is against googles policy and their not allowed to do that, but yet all of a sudden they have a flourish of good reviews because of their promises of discounts! Buyer and consumer beware this place is full of tricks. It isnt fair for people who work hard and are honest. People who are looking for an honest affordable repair stay away from this company they do not want to help you just to take advantage of you if you do not know much about your device, my only advice is to educate yourself and stay far away from them when seeking and honest cheap repair.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I needed a battery for my wifes IPhone 5. It turned out that the battery that they had in stock that should have fit didnt. I was told theyd have the right battery the next day and it didnt happen. I ended up getting a call a week later and went in. I wasnt happy with the week long wait, but I didnt say anything. It only took about 15 minutes for the battery to be replaced. Eric handed me the phone and said, "Sorry it took so long...no charge". I was shocked! I feel guilty about taking the free battery, but I promise that Eric and Cellairis have a family of customers for life. Im thinking of taking up juggling (with phones) so I can become a repeat customer more quickly.

I was having problems with My phone keeping a charge and was very frustrated. I have an I-phone 4 S. I went into your Store and Mike Roberts went out of his way to help Me. I work at Walmart where the Store is located. Mike was nice enough to plug My phone in and let it charge while I was working. Come to find out it was as simple as needing a new charger. I thought it may have been the battery. My phone at the time was at 4% and I was unable to use it. Mike is very personable and helpful. He is an asset to your Company. Kudos to Mike. Thank you.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I took my phone here to have the screen repaired and the employee went through my phone, dug up nude images I had saved, and sent them to his personal cell phone. I didnt realize when I paid 140 for the repair I would also be paying for someone to invade my privacy. The only reason I found out is because the employee forgot to delete the message chain. I will be careful next time I decide to bring my phone to another Cellairis. This location deserves to be shut down.

My brand new iphone 6s was dropped on tile and cracked the screen right underneath the "screen protector". Was sceptical about taking it in for quick screen repair but was pleasantly pleased by the great service both on the telephone and in person by the staff at the 8th Street Walmart location. It took about an hour but was able to shop in the mean time. My phone was repaired and is brand new once again and the cost was minimal! Thank you Cellairis!!

Stopped in to see how much it would be to save my phone. The glass was shattered and the LED was busted... MIKE the Manager and Mikey were awesome they not only fixed it in an hour but also showed me the beni of having the Total Protection Promise... Plus I got a free personalized case. I went in to get my Samsung Galaxy S3 fixed here, and not only was the staff, Eric especially, friendly and helpful they made sure that my phone was a top priority and he insured me that I wouldnt notice that the phone had ever been repaired before, and he was right! It looks brand new again and i dont have to worry about bandaids on my thumbs!! Highly recommend you guys and ill make sure to send everyone I know to Eric!!!!

Went in for a broken screen. Price seemed a little steep for a screen replacement. Speedy service, however, replacement parts were not original to the phone. When replaced the screen was not flush with the phone and had to be be taken in a second time to refix. A week later due to the screen still not being flush with the phone has cracked once again. Not satisfied.

Ricky and Mikey are pros at repairing iPhone, iPad, Samsung and computers. Cellairis is located inside the 8th Street Walmart. Fix it while you shop for groceries and stuff. Did I mention the cool custom cases they can make right in the store? Stop in and check them out. Its good to know they can fix almost anything electronic.

I bought a case a while ago and love that I was able to put my own picture on it. Mikey did a great job of making it the way I wanted and was nice to do business with. Ive had it a few months now and its still looking good and has protected my phone from a few minor falls with no damage to anything.

My iPhone 6 was run over and I was desperate... Stumbled upon Cellairis and Mike saved the day! My phone was repaired, a new screen protector was installed and a new case put on right away. And, the price was much less than I found at other cell phone repair establishments. Highly recommend!!

Everyone that worked with me was very friendly and professional. My old cell phone "died" but Eric took care of me he got me a new cell phone and took care of all the details there was no charge to me. I did have a warranty but he took care of all the details got my phone 2 days later.
