Dont take your phone here!! I took my sons phone to get the screen fixed and the manager seemed nice enough at first. He said my phone would be ready in a few hours. A few hours came and went, never heard back. I returned to the store the next afternoon thinking maybe I missed the call. They had no record of me being there. They finally found my phone and gave it to me with dead spots all over the screen and by the time I had gotten home the screen was actually falling off the phone. I immediately went back to the store and spoke with the assistant manager Klint E. He said it was probably the new manager that fixed it and he probably doesnt know what he is doing. He gave me no trouble to put another screen on, and he had it done within a few hours. I thought this was great. 6 days later there appeared to be stress fractures in the screen with dead spots once again. I took it to the store AGAIN. This time I spoke to the regional manager Kerry. He told me that the quality of work was good even though he could lift the screen up off the phone with his fingertips. I explained to him that I had been there 3 times already and I wasnt happy. He proceeds to argue with me that they believe the phone had been dropped, when it is obvious that the small cracks were not from being dropped. Nevertheless he refused to make it right. He offered for me to buy another screen at their cost,an additional $50 on top of the $110 already paid. I tried calling the customer service line and have not gotten a response. I think this could been avoided by trying to make things right for the customer. But instead, I feel that I was ripped off when I probably could have found a decent phone for $160. If you want bad quality and horrible customer service, then go here.

I am extremely satisfied by the prompt and professional service I received today from tour Store Manager, Klint. I came in expecting that Id need to buy a new phone. Klint turns out to be not only an expert repairman, but he is also a gifted communicator. Many of us are clueless when it comes to the world of computers. We just want our equipment to work. Klint provided the most description of what he thought he could to to help out. He provided, prices, options, time frames - everything a customer wants to know. I quickly was assured that he knows his stuff. He said he needed a few minutes to diagnose my phone, so I had a Coke next door; and by the time I got back he had figured it out - had the battery I needed, and sent me on my way. I have been to the Apple Store twice with this phone. Klint is by far the best service member Ive ever seen. If I were you, I would keep an eye on this employee for promotion potential. This guy will go far.

I had an iPhone 6+ which I dropped and shattered the screen. Phone still worked but sharp shards make it unusable direct to ear and texting, etc. I took the phone into ubreakifix store at Quincy and Buckley. They had one screen left and after an hour and half said that screen didnt work. I went to Cellairis inside the Walmart at Chambers and Parker Road and Kim matched the price of the other store that coudlnt fix it, and had it done and working PERFECTLY in 30 minutes. I opted to purchase the extended warranty which gives me free replace as long as I own the phone and dont blow up the LCD. But if I do that, I deserve to pay. So I am hoping I wont drop it again, but if I do, I will gladly use these guys again. With the warranty, they threw in an "Otter" like cover. I appreciate it and great job to Kim. Ty

I just got my screen replaced from cellairis in Walmart on Parker and chambers and everything was all good at first but a week later I was cleaning the screen with one of those glass cleaning cloths and the screen just shattteted right under the cloth, I wasnt punching hard or anything. So it just leads me to believe this was very poor glass that was installed in the first place, and then when I go into the store to get it replaced again, I am told by the manager that they cant replace it unless the screen is unresponsive. I just spent over 100$ to fix my screen and it broke not even a week later and you guys cant even replace the poor glass you guys put into my iPad. Unacceptable.

Cracked my iphone 6 plus camera (front lens), so I decided to come here to get it fixed. Went in about three weeks ago and had the gentleman explain the process. (sorry forgot his name but he had black shaggy hair and glasses) He got my info and said itll arrive in 5 business days. Came back a week later and he seemed to have forgot to order it because he explained to me nothing has came in and ordered one while I was there, but this time he actually went on the computer and ordered it. Its been three weeks and I still havent received any calls or messages about getting my phone repaired. Decided to go to the repair store on quincy (uBreakiFix) and got it done in 5 days..

After waiting 2 weeks for Sprint to get a new touch screen for my Galaxy S5, I took my phone to Clint at Cellairis at Walmart in Pioneer Hills. Clint ordered a new Samsung screen, received it in two days and had my phone repaired within a couple of hours after receiving the screen. Phone works great and I think it is faster than before the screen was trashed. The price was right too. Clint was friendly and pleasant to work with and does a great job. I highly recommend Clint and his store.

Each time I called Cellaris, I was greeted with great customer service over the phone. They were friendly and knew their stuff. When I went to the store, I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced within 10 minutes. Half the price of what I would have paid at the Apple Store, but quicker and just as reliable. The phone and screen are working great, and I have a 90 day guarantee if something goes wrong with the screen function. They saved the day! Cant recommend them enough!

Very please with the experience at Cellairis. Staff if very friendly and they know what they are doing. Kim did a tremend I us job repairis my Galaxy S6, she was very personable and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my phone with her. They have a great protecrion plan that i was unable to purchase at this time, but will for sure come back to get it. I give 5 starts to this place and to this wonderful lady.

I never do reviews but for this place Im all over it! Awesome experience!!! Not only was I able to get my phone fixed in less time that it took me to shop, but I received excellent customer service from Klint and got a protection plan for my phone for if I ever break it again (which knowing me it could happen). Great pricing compared to other places Ive used before as well. So happy!!!!
