This is a horrible company. Even worse now that it is with AT&T. The sales person lied about the compatibility of the phone. I traded in my 12 year old phone for a Nokia Lumia that is a Windows phone. I asked specifically for it to make calls, accept a Square reader, and have the ability to edit the Sim card storage from my computer. In addition I was promised a rebate. I learned through usage that Windows phones cannot accept any credit card reader except one recent one in the beta stage of testing. The rebate did not go through and was rejected for a nonspecific error (though all the parameters were correct the rebate company itself was not honoring the rebate). There is no longer a place to send payment and it must all be done by credit card only. (Where did all my advanced payments go that I sent for 3 months before my service was to be cut off????). The checks I sent were cashed by Cricket, but not applied to my account because this is being treated as a pre-pay phone only so no services are honored or liable from the company. I realize now after the fact that I am paying $50 a month for a throw away phone like you can get for $20 at King Sooper. Run from this company. One bill, but with a lot of unpredictable changes that are more and more inconvenient.

BUYER BEWARE !!! THIS LOCATION LITERALLY ROBBED ME... I had service from cricket for more than a year. My phone stopped charging and I went in to this location to buy a new phone. The bill was 202 and change. The clerk didnt activate my phone and said something vague like " if it doesnt work well probably switch it out." The phone had already been activated and wouldnt accept my Google account. I came back the next day after days without a work phone and needed the money back for gas and food. I asked for a refund and the bald chick was very short with me. After hurriedly finishing the transaction she handed me 120$ and told me there were a bunch of fees like customer service and a free for processing the phone that they sold me broken. She seemed very delighted that she burnt me. She smiled as she refused to resolve my grievance. They literally robbed me for over a hundred dollars in commission and service fees after selling me a phone that did not work. I have no problem with cricket but this store is horrible.

Helen C. the manager of the 8th street Cricket store is a thief. I bought my sons phone at best buy right off the shelf in new Cricket retail packaging When my husband took it in to have added to our account as a 3rd line he was charged $10 and forced to buy a new sim card because according to Helen this phone was attached to someone else. Helen charged me $30 for a 3rd line of service, did not pro-rate and my bill is due again in 4 days for all 3 phones. This person will do anything to jack up the bill and you can not conveniently activate the phone online or over the phone. What a rip-off. $65.83 to add a phone is absolutely ridiculous. I am going to find another provider. This lady needs to loose her job. She basically told me I was a liar and offered to do nothing to salvage the situation.

Wow - super bad business Cricket. We were told wed get the 3rd month free for porting over lines 3 & 4 until the 3rd month rolled around. Then they claim we would have had to of been on a different plan to get the 3rd month free. Bogas plans. Bogas "specials." Lies. Bad customer service all the way around. The "corporate" number online leads to the 800 customer service line. The "corporate" number that customer service gives you is disconnected. "Im sorry they misinformed you," thats their favorite line. But they still wont be people of their word and give you the appropriate credit. So long Cricket. Liars.

Bought a phone from these guys 8 days ago that doesnt work. I bought this phone BRAND NEW for $100+ dollars and now they are only giving me $20 for this phone 8 days later and charging me $65 dollars for a phone that actually works. There return policy is 7 days. They dont truly care about the customer, only their bottom dollar. Ive been a Cricket Customer for at least 5 years and they have never screwed me over like this... Totally pissed off customer

My charger cable died as we were heading into the mountains. Was told by the manager that the only cable they had was $20. I cringed because those cables cost half that at Best Buy, but we were running late. She started to ring me up and said "oh, wait, this cable is $25". I left. Bought the same cable (same brand, even) at the cell phone repair place 4 doors down for $12.

The staff at this location is great they are always wecloming and upbeat and go out of there way to make sure that the customer leaves satisfied. This is the only cricket location I will go to because of how nice they are and the manager Helen is a true rockstar and always makes you feel like you are part of the cricket family. This store in my book is #1.

The young man who claimed that he was the sales manager was very deceptive not only lied but very misleading and then tried to charge me right out the ass not to top it off the corporate office told them that he could not do it if it wasnt for Helen on the one on 8th Street I I would not still be with Cricket if it wasnt for her Helen you are the best

Went in last night to port my number from Metro. Have to say my Im really glad with the service at this store. I believe it was Helen who I spoke with and helped me out. She really knows her stuff on phones! Good thing they had a free phone because I needed a new phone. this is going to be the store that I keep going to.

Went in to switch service from metro, Victor had a lot of knowledge on the phones and helped me pic the right phone for me. Very nice employee and the manager Hellen was also very funny, a ton of positive energy in there ! Found my new favorite store to go to !
