Dear Mary El DO NOT bad mouth perfectly respectful and honest people because of your lack of responsibility of accompanying your son, or even being available over the phone so your son could ask you " mom should i just change the glass or the whole lcd." If you are so concerned about your son being overcharged, maybe you should have moved your butt and gone with him to make sure that your son is making the right decisions. I am a customer and was at the store when you were on the phone being furious with the store. I patiently waited till the salesperson got done talking to you. I heard the sales associate be very respectful and patient with you while he explained that he quoted the customer ( your son) the price for the glass or the complete lcd which comes with the glass. Your son chose to get the lcd with the glass, and your son paid the bill after recieving a discount of 15$. So you not only wasted the salespersons time, but also my time time until the salesperson was dealing with your ignorant ass on the phone. I heard the whole conversation. I request people to ignore her bias review which is just an excuse for her lack of responsibility.

I have to give these guys tons and tons of awesome praise! I came in the day after Christmas to have my iPhone 5 repaired. I attempted to replace the battery myself, and ended up breaking a few very crucial ribbons that go to the screen & mother board. They replaced my screen, and battery. No real issues. This past Saturday my phone just quit. It wasnt taking a charge, it would constantly reboot, and when the battery finally died it was no more. I surely didnt have the HUGE money to go out and buy another phone. I took it into Phone Store, 15 minutes later, and $0.00 out of pocket my phone was working again. It seems as though the replacement battery fried itself out. Needless to say the people who work here made my day, again! I believe I spoke with Dimitri yesterday. Thank you SO much my friend, you truly saved my butt! I dealt with Anastasia last time, and she was an absolute peach! I will be back.

The gentleman that helped me at this store was SO friendly and incredibly helpful. The selection and services are excellent, but even more than that, his customer service has more to do with actually helping the customer, even if it means he doesnt get a sale out of it- something you rarely find anymore. They have integrity here, and I would HIGHLY recommend stopping or calling here as your first stop.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE>...Furious with the store. I called to get a price quote on a replacement glass and was quoted $99 to replace the glass. End cost was $192. My son took his phone in and they added on an LCD replacement as well. They did NOT tell him about the LCD prior to charging. However, the phone was in working condition, just the glass was broken.

My friend and I were traveling to Colorado for a visit and his phone was shattered to crap. Called in and automatically spoke to an actual person. He was very friendly on the phone with details and pricing, and in person. Literally just left, so I feel bad for not getting his name. Fixed within 30 minutes! Thank you so much!!!

They cheapy fixed the screen on my phone about 2 weeks ago. The phone was sitting in the cup holder of my car. And the screen cracked again. Called to see if they could fix. They told me i broke it that i would have to pay again. Never use them. Cheap parts and horrible customer service

Very good service by this guys, i was in Denver for a business meeting and my iPhone 4 glass got broken so i couldnt make even phone calls. i found this store close to the area i been and they repair my phone within 30 min. i have a new touch screen so i can use my iPhone again.
