Drove to Colfax Location to exchange a phone I bought at this store, however due to Cricket computer systems the clerk couldnt exchange it for me. Told me I had to do the exchange at the store I bought it form, he had left a note for Angela at this location to have one ready for me. He told me that this store was open till 7 pm. I drove there, and as I was pulling off the interstate, Angela left me a voicemail saying that they closed at 6 and they would be more than happy to help me the following day. I guess she didnt seem to think I was coming to get it same day. I pull up anyway to the store hoping that since it was due to no error of my own they would let me out---HOW WRONG WAS I??? The door was locked when I pulled up, tired, deeply annoyed, about to run out of gas, I knock on the door someone comes to the door and tries to explain that they cant help me since it was past 6pm. I tell him quickly I was sent here from the other corporate location and I was assured that they would be open till 7pm. He tries to close the door in my face, I ask for a manager, so he closes the door and locks it. A few minutes later, a "manager" comes to the door and I quickly try to explain my situation, he says "I cant help you today, can you come back tomorrow?" I try explaining that I was going store to store all day trying to get the issue fixed and I asked if that was the best he could do. He said "sorry I cant help you." so I then ask for a refund so I can just get my money and take my business to someone else. He repeats again, "sorry I cant help you today." Clearly you get what you pay for, cheap is just that cheap. Looking to drive all the way back there tomorrow to get some service when its convenient for them. Hopefully, I wont get the run around again!

After 10+ years of using cricket I will be changing services. I was on vacation broke my phone and needed to get it fixed the manager refused to help me get a new phone and informed me that Ive been paying insurance on a phone Ive had for only three months for ABSOLUTELY no reason. I even offered to buy a new phone and she wouldnt waive the activation fees insisted I was "UPGRADING" my phone even though its the same phone same service. Manager on duty needs a serious attitude adjustment after 10 years I should have expected no customer service and absolutely no help. Crickets insurance policy is a total scam youre throwing money away if they wont even warranty their own products!!!

Awesome!!! I had an issue with a phone I got from the franchise store on Buckley Rd (NEVER GO TO THAT FRANCHISE!!!!). That franchise store refused to help me out insisting the problem was with the phone. But Bree at this corporate location fixed my phone in about 15 minutes! I was so happy! Definitely go here, they treat you right!!!!!

Most companies including wireless phone services allow to have separate billing from shipping addresses. Not cricket. I thought they would have changed over the years even after AT&T bought them but they still suck...
