AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! They wont even place your order in their system therefore youll have to call them to check on it after youve waited weeks for their promised call. When you call, theyll say its ready. When you get there, theyll make you wait as they scrabble to try to find your order they didnt ever put into their system. The part they said they ordered wont even be there. Then, instead of admitting they made a mistake and apologize, they will try to sell you an entirely different part that isnt even remotely similar to what you ordered. All of that happened to me. When I told them to refund my deposit, the "pin head" behind the counter got uncontrollably upset, roughly handled my phone as he slammed it back into its case, and violently swiped my credit card to apply the refund. No one should endure the utter incompetency and unprofessionalism I endured. There are numerous other companies like "CPR" that can treat you with respect and solve your problem instantly.

I came in here back in October of last year and was able to get my screen replaced st a decent price and was more then satisfied with the service I received. Today I came in cause of issues with the battery this time and Philip was more then helpful getting the battery replaced with a new battery and was great at making sure my phone was working and let me know about the insurance. Will be coming back in a couple weeks to get that added on thank you Philip.

While waiting patiently in wait I was able to locate this store in a walmart one day of all places lol but yea I met a guy there named Aldo and I inquired about my phone..at first he had to call for the part after I had suggested then he went to pick up the part the next morning..I got my phone serviced quickly and it works just like before..thanks a whole lot Aldo and Cellairis..this summer deal of 25 dollars off also helped..thx yous!

Phil is vert smart he knows alot about what hes doing explains and made sure i understood everything he was saying and showed me not just told me i will definitely go back and have referred several people to go to him and your store he made me feel very smart when we got done I told him I felt stupid for coming in and asking he said no questions are stupid there knowledge hes amazing love your store thank you for great customer service

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the wonderful service that you guys provided. My phone was fixed in virtually no time for a lot cheaper than I was quoted by other stores. If I need anything like my tablet or other electronic devices fixed I will definitely go here from now on. Great job you guys and I wish I could give you more stars!!! : )

Labor is fair priced and quick. Aaron repaired my phone and it looks great no issues. I had been to other repairshops noone would install my part and noone had my part. cellairis will install your part if they dont carry it. definately going back next time i have a problem!

Aaron is great! Best price I found. $96 after tax for iPhone 6 screen replacement. Others were all $115 and above pretax. Was in and out in 15 mins and I could shop in Walmart while I waited since he is located there. Super friendly dude too!
