Best buy mobile is awesome! Best buy has way better promotions than carrier stores, reason being you get free best buy money to spend! They usually always have some sort of gift card promotion and they dont work on commission like carrier stores do. I mean yes they are a business and still need to make that green, but they are going to offer you the best add solution for you and not whats best for their own pocket. Every time I go in to that store they are so helpful and polite. Also they do sell tmobile prepaid as well as their iPhones and some Samsung devices but you do have to buy them at full retail, which is what youd be doing anyways at tmobile. So Im not exactly sure what Anthony is talking about when he says that. But if youre ever in the market for a new phone or help with anything at all even if its changing a plan, this is the place to go!

I typically have bad to horrible service at Best Buy, especially the mobile stores. However, I stopped at this store late last Tuesday night and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a retail store! I believe it was the store manager that help me and he was beyond helpful. I was looking for a Christmas present for a hard to shop for friend and the Best Buy employee saved me from buying the wrong gift. Thanks for helping me with my Christmas shopping.

DO NOT BUY YOUR IPHONE HERE. The associates are unwilling to help and will do anything to get you talking about your phone! Worst experience I have ever had in a store with Michael. Incredibly rude and selfish associate who has no business with customers. He was sassy instead of friendly and insulting me and my choice of a phone (iPhone 6S) Save yourself the time and go to Apple.

DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!! OMG WE WALK IN AND WANTED TO BUY A JUICE PACK MORPHIE CASE AND ONE OF THE WORKERS WANTED TO BE A SMART ASS THE WHOLE TIME. MADE ME FEEL SO YUCKY LEAVING THIS STORE I WOULD RATHER GO TO WALMART THEN HERE!!!!! ALL THE WORKERS SUCK HERE! & I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF THEY WERE AVAILABLE!

Best Buy or Buyer Beware?? Do Not shop at best buy mobile. they lie about their black tie protection and do not honor the things they tell you upon purchase. if you need more details, just look around google. best buy is known for their terrible customer service. i will not be back ever again.
