i used to come here to pay my bill about a year ago and there service was horrible! There was this tall thick girl that was no help if you didnt end up buying anything for your phone, she gave you attitude. So i come here today and i find out its under new management also has a new manager which is better than the previous girl that was there. I told her i had issues with my phone i bought last month at another store and i live near so i came here and she was very helpful, she actually upgraded my phone to an lg and lowered my plan! i was paying 122 and now i pay 92 she saved me money and to top it off she hooked me up with a bundle and gave me free headphones she was very sweet, i was getting ready to storm in the store and yell at them for selling me a crappy phone with a high plan she explained to me that she couldnt help me with trading the phone becuase it wasnt purchased there with her calm voice she sold me a lg i had the zte trio worst phone ever. i highly recommend this store and i will sure have Diana help me again next time.

under new management, the NEW manage Diana is so kind and helpful. check them out, if you havent done so, they have been opened under new management for three weeks now so if you went before that, you probably had a bad experience like i did in the past. I was going to switch because i was very unhappy talked me out of my insurance claim because i was eligible for a upgrade so she recommended the ZTE max Pro that had 32 GB internal memory and is a 6" display, way better than my old LG Stylo (space wise). thank you Diana

My $250 phone wasnt working and I brought it to this store and the girl there didnt do anything to help me besides telling me her computer says it should work fine but obviously it doesnt. And she gave me a number to call myself but they werent able to help me cause they cant look at my phone. So im going to go to a different dealer as should you. This girl has no idea what shes doing. Or how to help people.
