Best guys ever !! I have never had such an amazing experience with a retail phone store ! I will be always coming back here for as long as we have cell phones . Great deals and fancy down to earth gentleman with knowledge.knowledge. And more knowledge. Whats up with their brand new waterproofing machine !! Its 100% legit and only takes one hour . O and I forgot to mention that everything u purchase has warrantys and I will tell everyone about this store !! I might even buy one myself lol ! When I first entered the store I was left alone for almost five minutes. The guy knew I was here but he told me he was busy at the moment. When he did come around to help he was on his phone texting someone which I waited another 2 or 3 minutes for. I do have to say he did spend quite a bit of time with me searching the web for replacement ear piece to my phone. He had taken my name and number so he could contact me when it arrived...Ive been waiting three weeks now. I called last week and left a message with no response.

I dropped my Samsung s4, and a huge chunk of the screen flew out. I took it in, and the guys were so nice! They had a screen for me, but after I left they realized the new screen was damaged... they put a temporary screen on my phone, and let me use it while a new one was being shipped. I really appreciate the graciousness of they way they do business - sort of restores your faith in humanity when things arent going well. I will definitely be using their survives again if I ever need them!

I broke my iPhone 6 Plus and saw these guys when I was at chicfila and walked over to see if they could fix it. They not only fixed it, they made sure that all of the other functions on my phone were working and sold me a tempered glass that comes with a lifetime warranty as well as the screen repair. This is my second time having to fix my screen and the guy at this store was awesome. I would recommend using this repair shop for your phone repair needs.

From being greeted to leaving with a repaired phone I experienced great service. I was provided thorough explanations prior to any work being completed. At 4:45pm on a Monday I was first up and walked out within the 60 minutes they said it would take with my cell phone screen replaced. Awesome attitudes here! They made it easy and painless! Will be referring others and will definitely go here again if needed. Sherman and Jerome were great. Thank you!!

I had a great experience working with this company. Iphone screen replaced in about a half an hour. Later discovered a defect within the new screen. Brought it back and they replaced it again without charge or question... they even comped me a screen protector to replace the one on the defective screen. Friendly and competent staff, would recommend going there for your repair needs.

I took my phone in on Friday last week for a cracked screen. They fixed it that day within an hour. The screen went black on Monday night (3 days) and I could not use it at all. I took it back in on Tuesday morning when they open and got it fixed again. They took it in and worked on it right away. I have it back and I am happy with the results so far. Good Stuff.

Was in town on vacation and broke my screen, went to Sprint, (my carrier) and they wanted me to do an insurance claim for $200, went in to this store and WOW, was so impressed with the quickness and price to replace my screen and even helped me with some issues I was having with my Iphone. Took my iPhone there to get a cracked screen repaired. Service was fast and friendly, I was able to pick up my phone after an hour! Its as good as new now. And I learned they have a service to waterproof my phone. What?!?! It wasnt in the budget today but I definitely need that in the future. Thanks In and Out!

Very friendly, welcoming environment. Called for a quote and some information, within minutes I was at the store and my phone was being repaired. Less than 20 minutes my phone was finished and I was on my way. Very reasonable prices as well, highly recommend to anyone looking for screen restorations.
