I would not recommend this service to anyone. I had just gone in to fix my broken screen on my Ipad. They fixed it but the side of it was popping out. So I took it in the second time. The issue still aroused but also had a spot that was on the inside that could be annoying so I took it a third time. Although, the service representative stated he tried to fix it but bent (no one told me before). So I allowed them to fix and take out the smudge spot. I also called the corp. line and talked to a rep there. The rep stated no issue about being bent or anything else as the notes stated fine. So when I picked it up. There was still a smudge and the glass was popping up along one side. Called a rep again and discussed that it was the manager who did talk to the corp. rep and stated had a little bent. He supposedly fixed it but was not the case. I had taken several pictures to send to the corp. rep and she agreed but wanted me to take it in again for the fourth time. I was frustrated that this is the service they provide and did not get resolved. I was not going to the store for the fourth time and to include that the store manager was the one who supposedly fixed it. There still was a spot and the whole side came was coming off. I would not be going here for any services for such poor customer service and for the price of 130 and having to miss work to go to the store before closing time. I am disappointed in such service that was not resolved and still not fixed.

I am writing this post in regards to the customer service I received. I ended up not having any repairs done to an old LG G3 based on the recommendation of the staff. I had purchased a new LG G6 because my G3 screen was cratered. I was going to return the G6 and repair the G3 to save some coin. They informed me that they would be happy to do the work, but that it was not recommended based on the cost of the repairs vs the cost of a much newer phone. They told me that I would realize the performance difference once the old G3 was repaired vs the new G6. I have experienced this in the past. You dont always know just how much better the new product is until you fire up the old product again. I appreciated their level of honesty. I will definitely use them in the future knowing that I can trust the repairs and the advice. Thank You!

I usually dont write reviews, but these guys deserve a good rating. Took my Moto X Pure edition phone in to repair a cracked screen. There were a few glitches in the process and even though they told me it was probably faulty parts, they offered a discount on the second repair. They did everything they could to help and were more than reasonable in how they handled my situation. On top of that, they were all willing to spend time discussing benefits of repairing my phone vs buying a new one and even gave me advice on what kind of new phone would be best for me (better than what my carrier did!!) Thanks guys - hope I dont need you again, but if I do, wont hesitate to stop by.

I have replaced a cracked screen or two in the past, but when I completely SHATTERED my screen to the point of the glass display flaking off, I knew I was going to have to pay $200 to fix this disaster. After dropping off my phone Mike gave me a price estimate and went to work. after 4 hours of picking pieces of screen off, and replacing the mess with a working glass face, which has no blemishes or marks on it, my phone looks brand new! It was also $100.00, which is a steal compared to other companies in the area. Mike did an awesome job, and Im definitely going here first with any future phone issues.

I purchased a new Sony Xperia Z5 premium, and in my amature attempts to root my phone, I bricked it. After trying for hours to repair it, I called them up and brought my phone in. The technician Ryan stayed 2 hours after close working on my phone because he refused to quit on fixing it. He repaired it that night, and called me immediately after he fixed it, and I got it the next day. For a very cheap rate, they made my very expensive imported phone (without warrenty) functional again. I could not recommend them more to anyone with a phone issue. Professional, passionate, dedicated, and capable staff.

Im a minister in the Denver area, and had an unfortunate situation where my brother accidentally spilled water on my computer on a Saturday afternoon while I was in the end stages of preparing a sermon for Sunday morning. These folks were kind and helpful, charged nothing for looking at it, and promised they would not charge unless the damage was fixable. They not only dried it out and made it work again, but did so in less than 2 hours and were kind, compassionate, and charged reasonably for the service. I really appreciated the work and the attitude of the people there and wanted to say thanks!

Do not take your water damaged phone here if it fell in the toilet. That or at least dont tell the truth about it. Dirty or clean toilet water, he will not repair it. Not only that but he acted like I was some dirtball. I get it, who wants to really touch something that has touched toilet water, but it has been in rice for 4 days. Slap some gloves on and let me pay you to fix it. Instead he turned me away in a pretty rude way.....not how I care to be treated. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I dont like to ruin peoples ratings. Just beware!

What a wonderful experience!! My son broke his new IPhone 6 screen, and we walked into this store expecting to spend $180 on just the screen. I was pleasantly surprised when the cost was only $150. The staff working were incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and didnt mind that we showed up 5 minutes before closing. Our phone was fixed and we were out the door in 15 minutes. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone!!! Thank you!! Will absolutely support this local business!!

I went in to have my none responsive broken screen in to ubreakifix that Ive had supposedly fixed three times before from a different phone store and each time my phone came out worse. These guys have knowledge and skill. There 10$ more for the the complete assembly but for the time and hassle for returns to other store worth it. Phone works great and Im more than happy. Its like a brand new phone. 5 stars

These guys were great. I took in my phone because the screen had stopped working. They quickly detected the problem, fixed it and the old sub-par repair someone else had done (which caused the problem they had to fix), and saved me from having to purchase a new phone. I was in and out in a very short time and the price was beyond reasonable. Very professional and honest - I would highly recommend them.

I dropped my Surface Pro 3 and they fixed the screen in less than 1 week. When I came to pick it up, they told me about the warranty tempered glass solution that would ensure if it happened again, I would only have to pay $9 to replace the screen. Talk about piece of mind. I plan to get this screen protection warranty on my other devices BEFORE anything else gets broken.
