As a senior it is great to get a person who understands all aspects of my Cricket phone and is able to help me use my phone to its potential. I had a fantastic experience with Edgar at the Thornton Cricket location who showed me how to use my file folders, understand how my data usage was being used up inadvertently, helped me to remove items from internal storage among other items. It is the exception to find such an experienced, knowledgeable and helpful sales advocate.

This store is full of idiots how is it to hard to read the address on an Id to put it in the computer now we cant even file a insurance claim because they put the wrong address in I feel they are nothing but frauds if you stick with cricket go to Colfax and Osage there at least honest

The sales reps that were there were super sweet and nice. My Asend II was acting up and the rep that was helping me was so nice about it. I was being rude but she put a smile on my face! The manager was very helpful too!
