I had two different experiences here. One woman helped me the first day, I was upgrading three phones. She was very helpful, and kind. However, I had to come back the next day to finalize some things and another woman helped, or didnt help. She was rude, acted like we were hassling her, and basically pushed us out before we were even done! We were blown away by her crappy attitude. On top of that, we were switching to a business account because they told us we would get an 8% savings. Dont be fooled. These people in the store are full of crap. Once we switched, the individual responsible for my business account informed me it is only 8% off of one line, so it went from $24 a month to $8 a month in savings. I know it sounds petty, but over the course of a year thats $200. Atts service is great in terms of call quality, but in all other aspects theyre just another crappy communications company like comcast and century link.

Ive had only poor service here. Target and Best Buy can do the same things and itll be a much better experience. Dont go here expecting speedy or friendly help. The employees and even the manager who was up front today seem uninterested in their jobs and indifferent to whether or not they get someones business. After waiting for nearly and hour (they said itd be 30 minutes) I was told they were out of stock of the Galaxy I came for and they dont have the ability to transfer pictures and data from an iPhone to a new iPhone for my wife. When our wait time hit 45 minutes I politely asked the manager, who was just chatting with an employee, if theyd be ready for us soon and she just blew us off with a "should be soon" and walked away. They dont seem to value customer service at all from what I saw. They didnt even attempt to find a way to help us or speed up the process even though the manager was just standing around.

Hello I went here about the att prepaid phone and most phones places you go for a prepaid phone the ppl treat you like second class like your not important cause you choose prepaid well DEFINITELY NOT! Here these guys are amazing and cute lol nice to see attractive ppl by your hats not important what is is the awesome customer service I had this guy sit down with me while they are supper busy ppl waiting and he was patient with me and took good care of me asked me was there anything else I needed like contacts transferred Ext. So this place is cool and the employee who personally helped me was amazing his name isnt on the receipt but the store manager is Jason Kirkpatrick dude is training well over there thanks very much and the whole staff was awesome

Had an old pre-paid phone and wanted to switch to a newer smartphone. I was given a preowned iPhone 4 in very good condition and decided to use it as a replacement for my old prepaid one. I did my research if I can use iPhone as a pre-paid as I do not have any data on my plan. Research revealed that it is possible but opinions were split. I just went to the store and explained what I would like to do and they were able to help me and it literally took 5 minutes. Associate gave me a new mini sim card (my old was a regular size one, I know you can cut it out to match the size), attached my old number to it, activated the phone and it works perfectly with wifi enabled for all data comm needs of the IOS. Thanks!

After being lied to about adding a tablet to my account over the phone by a rep. I went into this store where I have gone for the pat 7 years, Chris was the person who helped me. Well I wouldnt say helped. He pretty much from the beginning started making excuses for why my bill went up from 271-346 within a month of getting a free tablet. So rather than looking at my account and see what he could do to help me get the tablet returned he came back with the representatives name. And said he didnt even have to do that. I will never go back to this store and am going to cancel my services. Thanks for nothing.

I have been in this location twice and on both occasions I was allowed to be ignored for 10+ minutes and in both cases I had to go out of my way to get someones attention. I wont go into a rant although they probably deserve it but needless to say I would avoid this store like the plague. I now have gone out of my way twice to go to the store down in Highlands Ranch and those guys are so so much better then this place (very attentive, professional, and curteous enough to walk me to the door when I left).

I bought an iPhone here and within a week it had an issue with the screen flickering. When I went to exchange the phone they refused to take it back and said I had to go to apple. Went an hour out of my way to Apple Store and they inform me that by law they have to take the phone back. So again I go to att and decide to go to a different one near the Apple Store. They were nice enough to take it back there, but decided to buy my phone directly from Apple after that. Awful customer service here

This was the absolutely most incredible phone upgrade experience I have ever had. I had two negative AT&T experiences at Belmar, then went to Bowles and couldnt be happier. The people are all super helpful, and my salesperson Gavin went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt like they were extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have never felt compelled to write a review before.

Nice employees who got me my upgrade to a new iPhone 5 .. I was there for about 20 minutes. Overall good experience only reason they dont get 5 stars is is for the last 6 years I have had service for some reason they cant get my incorrect SSN changed. It was the 4th time I have had to deal with them having a wrong SSNon my acct and thats frustrating when its used as a security checkpoint..

If i could give zero stars I would! Been with att since they were Cingular. Id have to say the manager that runs this store is a piece of work. She should be a warden of a prison or something! If I could recall her name is Floor WORST customer service and management. I called corporate to report!

The customer service is terrible!!! The girl in there flat out lied to get herself another sale. They treat me like Im the problem. I want my money back!! How is she still working there?
