This last Friday after enrolling my Daughter back in school, I realized I needed to get another phone so I can be contacted in case of emergencies. Since late May I had only been utilizing my phone service as a message machine basically. So I went in just after they opened and initially explained my situation to a girl. (I believe her name was Jessica). I was immediately interested in the Blade X Max after doing research on line about its features. Her whole vibe seem to have switched after I stated I had a budget of a 160$. She just started awkwardly backing up expecting me to follow and started describing a cheaper one. Asked her how Id be eligible for the 99$ price. All she said in response was that I wasnt eligible, and then continued to talk about the new one. So then I asked her if I wanted the Blade X how much would I need. At first she told me 220. I didnt like the whole vibe, and knew Id have to go to the ATM anyway, so I left. I did a little research on line and still didnt understand the promotional offer, so I called the store hoping to get more understanding because I thought it applied to customers that already had a number through Cricket. She then told me itd be 120 (different from earlier) I noted the inconsistency and asked her what it would take for a person to qualify 0be eligible, she hung up. I was soo livid that I had made my mind that I was switching carriers after I got off work at 5pm. However, instead I ended up having to shop for school stuff for my daughter and by the time we were done every other phone store was closed, so I went back in tired, a hot mess, with both of my kids, dreading the service to come... But MAN...there were two different people in there that time and they were the BEST!! They gave me a great deal on the phone I WANTED, a case, a charger, AND an extra SD!! I wouldve been happy with just the service alone. Way to turn it around you guys! Thank you so much!!

I found the employees at this store unbelievably rude and ignorant. I felt do disrespected I was told I needed a new phone cause mine was broken so I bought new one paid the extra $25 fee for a new phone then a different employee looked at it and said my other phone is fine and adjusted it so I took the new phone back to the counter to get my money back and they oh so rudely told me I dont get the $25 back. The only reason I got was thats the way it works maam. Her names was Yolanda avoid her if you want to continue to enjoy your day.

You know what would make your page even better is if you would also post your hours instead of making your customers guess what they are. I sure hope that you take that advise into consideration and post your hour of business with the rest of your stores info. Thank you!

they dont know what the hell they are doing, screwing customers over just to make a buck. i would stay away from this location and go to another franchise of cricket. and the sales reps are extremely rude, worst customer experience ever
