Most horrible experience Ive had with a merchant EVER. First of all they ran the charges from my credit card before even getting the phones working and since they never got the phones to switch from Verizon to Simple Moble they basically told me I was screwed because Simple Mobile already had our money. When I told the guy I would just dispute the charges with my bank he flipped out and rushed us out of the store and while I was sitting in my car talking to my bank he started taking photos of us in the car while talking on the phone. As I was pulling out he came out screaming at us again. The entire time my bank was listening to him rant. * I had put my verizon simm card back in* Do NOT go to these people, if you do go to them DONT PAY TILL THEY GET THE SERVICE WORKING. And to think I saw this guy on Colorados Best. I will be contacting them and an investigation journalist ASAP. Update: This business can not be found in the Colorados Secretary of States Database and upon talking to them was advised to call the attorney generals office or seek private council to reclaim my money if my bank does NOT honor my disputed claim

I went in with a heavily water damaged phone. They said they would charge me $60 if they got it to turn on, and nothing if they couldnt get it to turn on. This sounded like a good deal to me, because a new phone would be at least $300. The next day my they got my phone to turn on, but I later noticed that people couldnt hear me when I called them and my camera wasnt working. I went back in and spoke to the manager, who was super nice and cool. He said he could have a look at it and try to fix the issues for no extra charge. After about 5 days of troubleshooting, he decided to replace the motherboard and pretty much all the components for free! I basically have a new phone and saved hundreds of dollars. I would definitely recommend Cell Block to anyone with a broken phone!

My phone got all kinds of messed up after I dropped it the other day. I brought it to Cell Block and they worked their G-D given MAGIC! Within just a few minutes Daniel made my jacked up phone literally new again! Like it just came out of the box! Im so pleased with the guys over at Cell Block. Daniel was so kind and knowledgeable and I couldnt ask for a better tech! He gave me a WAY better price than I ever expected! I cant imagine going anywhere else to get my phone and electronic needs! Keep it up guys! I will definitely be back! HOPEFULLY not for a repair but for my phone accessory needs. And will definitely be getting my phones from there from now on! The prices were drastically lower than any other phone store Ive been to! Love you guys! ILL BE BACK!

Went in for power button replacement on GS3. The operation appeared casual but professional. They talked me through the process, cost, and turn around time. Job was done on time and resolved my problem. When I went to pick it up, I mentioned that I would have liked a phone call notifying me the job was complete. The employee apologized for the oversight and gave me a free screen cover for my wifes and my phone (he could see I needed a replacement). This group cares about their reputation, and from my experience they do quality work at a reasonable price and will make it right if something goes wrong. Thats why they have such a high rating on here, and why I drove the extra distance to find someone professional. Highly recommended.

My experience was fantastic. I had purchased a replacement back cover for my phone online, however I didnt have the proper tool to remove the tiny screws on my phone. I visited the store and asked what they would charge to help me simply replace the back cover. The gentleman at the front counter said he wouldnt charge anything and proceeded to take off the old broken back cover and put on the new one I had purchased online for me. I was in and out in 2 minutes and there was zero charge! Excellent service for a customer who wasnt even coming in to purchase any of their services directly. I will be back here for any of my cellphone needs! Thanks guys!

Honestly have had the worst service here. People were some what nice but heres the run down. Phone broke, cost $205 to get it "repaired". Screen was lifting so I took it back. Found out they put the wrong size screen on, it shattered. Spent $162 for them to fix it yet again, put a glue like substance on it that wouldnt stick, a button that was not touch compatible, and a used screen for another model. Got refunded, but they kept my original button, $205, and speaker filter (cover). So thanks for taking the pieces you wanted to re purpose on other peoples phones. Save yourself a week of wasted time and look for somewhere else.

Honest and Trustworthy is what I can tell you about this business and location. I went in today with an iPhone that needed a screen repair. I explained that I had recently received the phone under a warranty replacement process. After quoting me for the replacement cost, they suggested that I try calling the warranty company to see if I can get it done for free. Considering they could have made easy off of me, I HIGHLY value the selfless feedback I was given to just call the warranty company to see if theyll help me. In the end, they did. I love it when you can trust a business.

I took my phone to have the screen repaired on my iPhone 5c. It wa goinng to cost $100.00.To my great surprise after dropping my phone off to have the repairs made, and returning 2 hrs later, I was told that my screen was not actually broken it was just the glass screen protector that was cracked. No, they did not have to be honest and tell me, they could have charged me for a brand new screen and I never would have been the wiser. Thank God there are still honest people in the world. If I ever need phone repairs again Im coming back here. :) :)

They where able to fix my phone and have it ready quick! Even when I was struggling with issues not related to my screen a kind gentlemen was able to sit with me on the phone and trouble shoot problems that my phone was having since I unlocked it from tmobile. He did not have to do this but his costumer service was awesome and now I get to use my phone with all my features working! I am truly thankful and will advice all my friends to go here!

I live in Evergeen, CO and this company is close to 45 miles from my house...saying that, Cell Block is the best!! The service is excellent, their knowledge is top rate, and they make sure you are completely satisfied with their service. I love their humor and honesty. Will drive the distance any day of the week that they are open if I ever have any issues again with my cell phone. Thank You for a great experience.
