August 22nd, thats when I dropped my iPod Touch 6G to this location to get the screen replaced. They had to order the part, okay not a problem, I understand. September 1st rolls around, theyre still waiting for the part. Apparently its from China. Today, September 8th, I have not received any calls updating the status of my repair so I go to the store to see whats been going on as its nearly been four weeks. They tell me the screen they got from China was defective and it could be a few more days for another replacement screen. I decide it isnt worth it and just ask for a refund. However, the manager lives in Colorado Springs and I was sitting in the store for about 40 minutes before I could actually get my refund. Overall a rather disappointing experience. I came to this location a year and a half ago and the gentlemen working there were humorous, polite, never seemed rushed, and had my same exact iPod Touch 6G fixed in just under 5 days despite having to order it. Now I feel that this location has had a decline as Ive only seen two people working there, the manager and one repair man constantly struggling to keep up on all the repairs. Its rather unfortunate because I drove all the way down to this location despite having moved closer to Denver because of my gleaming positive experience before. I had also hoped to get my device fixed before the annual convention downtown last weekend so I can take photos, and that was the saddest part for me not having it despite having dropped it off for repairs a sufficient time before the convention. I hope service here will improve in the future and I will be seeking another place to repair my iPod be it another Cellairis location or another company. Thank you for trying to fix my iPod.

I am satisfied with the repairs to both my devices. My iPad was damaged as a result of my own negligence and it needed a new screen. They informed me that a small part of the screen was not staying attached to the body (most likely from getting bent when it fell off the top of my truck and I drove off forgetting it was there) but it wasnt affecting performance. I always keep it in a case so Im not overly concerned. The other device was a special order screen so it took a bit longer to complete, but they kept me informed throughout the process and contacted me when both were finished. Im very happy with their work. I have recommended a few friends to them already in case their devices suffer the same fate as my own.

There have been excellent reviews for this store and this lead me to go to this store for my iPad screen repair. The screen was replaced but it started to come off the very next day. So I went in as I had a 45 day warranty period for free service and it was fixed. And it started to come off again in couple of days. I went back again and they completely removed the screen and refit it but it again started to come off within 8 hours. Now I give up. May be its just my bad luck, but I certainly didnt have a pleasant experience with this store. The staff were friendly but unfortunately could not fix the problem properly.

We spoke to Aaron on the phone, and by the time we got there he had left. However John was very helpful and honest, he said that he felt Aaron could repair the phone better than himself. So we left it overnight and Aaron repaired the phone. I was leary about the phone still being able to work, these two had no doubt & they guarantee their work. Theyre friendly, theyre honest and I would highly recommend them. Their pricing was the best we found around town, we even drove across town for them. If we need repairs, I know exactly where we will go, you should too! Thank you Aaron & John for everything!

It took 2 months to fix my phone and got a minimal discount after they threw away my home button andthe new one is already breaking and i dont want to bring it in because then I probably wont see my phobe for another 1/6 of a year. Overall they were awful of communicating the progress of my phone, and the discount they gave me was very weak compared to what my time is worth of how much of it they wasted. Really poor performance and never coming back. Ill go elsewhere for my home button.

Perfection; I brought in my LG G3 which I had dropped a day earlier, and the guys there had it completed and ready for pick up the next day (which was a Sat!). I held off on the review so I could test the screen for a couple days, but all is well!!! These guys are a life saver!!! Paying out a little over $100 vs 650 for a replacement (insurance claims expired on my account) is a no brain-er!!! Thanks again!

Cellairis Centennial is awesome! My daughter shattered the glass on her iPhone 5, and I had what I thought was a broken glass on my iPhone 6. Both phones were fixed within 30 minutes - and Shanda informed me that just the tempered glass cover as opposed to the full glass front of my iPhone 6 needed to be replaced - saving my nearly $65! Amazing service!

They did an awesome job fixing my Iphone 6. Aaron was super helpful and friendly. It was quick, only took about 20 minutes. I have taken my phone there for a couple different repairs, and it has been a great experience every time. Its affordable and fast- definitely would go back again. Highly recommend them!

Just had my Samsung Galaxy 5 fixed by Andy and Chas. They are AWESOME! Fast, friendly and efficient. My phone was repaired in about an hour. These guys are a find! I hope I dont need my phone repaired any time soon, but when/if I do, Ill use Andy and Chas. Thanks, guys!

Brought in a pretty banged up iPhone 5 with a badly damaged screen and a totally dead battery. Cellairis did an awesome job installing a new screen and new battery, and at a great price. Turned my repair around in less than an hour! Cannot recommend enough.

Cellairis centennial did a fantastic job on my phone. I came in late on a Saturday night and MD had my phone fixed in a timely manner and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick cell repair for a good price!
