NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN, AND ABOUT READY TO DROP T-MOBILE ALL TOGETHER! After my daughter dropped her phone in water, she went into this store to see what her options were on getting the phone replaced. Angie, the worker with no customer service skills, told her that we didnt have insurance, and that we were on a JUMP plan. My daughter questioned the information about not having insurance, so Angie pushed a phone and paper towards my daughter and said, "If youd like to call T-Mobile directly yourself, here you go." Angie then went back to her phone where she was on FACEBOOK! Are you kidding me? Where has customer service gone? After calling T-Mobile directly, WE DO have insurance!. My daughter almost gave this woman $300.00 for a new phone because thats what she was told she had to do. Sounds like a commission scam to me Angie...better polish up your T-Mobile product knowledge, and your customer service skills. Today would be your last day if I were your Manager.

Before agreeing to a post-paid plan, I very clearly asked if my data limit, monthly payment, or anything else would change. The salesperson responded very clearly, "no." She told me that the only additional charge would be the monthly payment for the phone. Two weeks later, I received a notification that I had used all of my 2Gs of high-speed date (was 5G with my prepaid account). I promptly cancelled my plan and was forced to pay in full for a phone that Id intended and budgeted to incrementally pay off. This type of action is reprehensible and should have resulted in a full refund. During and directly after my visit to this location, I was impressed by the level of customer service that I received. Now that I know that I was swindled, I know that their sales strategy is similar to that of a used car lot. I have contacted management and will remove this review when the matter is resolved.

Ive been with T-mobile for over 15 years and visited a store (this one) for the first time- Ive always done business with the company online or on the phone. The three staff members who were there were so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond! Because of this, I will probably start going there for my phone needs. I was about to drive away and they waived me back in to tell me they could save me money monthly on an upgraded plan. They even let me know I could upgrade my phone next month. Thank you for making my day and life easier!

T-mobile has been a bit of a mixed bag for me, but these guys in this office were fantastic - could not have been more helpful. I bought a phone on Craigslist and they checked the IMEI etc. for me ... all they made was $15 on a new SIM card, but I left with more loyalty to T-mob which I needed because the reception is patchy at my home. Thanks to the Park Rd office for your help in setting this phone up .

I wish there is no star choice. I hate this place. VERY BAD SERVICE. The lady who works there is disrespectable. She even lies about the fee we pay. She doesnt care about the clients at all. I dont know why they still keep her. Every time I go to that store I feel so mad because of the way they treat us. It is weird who a big company as T-mobile accept that bad service in this store.

I was in over the weekend in a crunch to get a new phone. I was helped by Jenny her customer service was Impeccable. She took the time to Explain all the services that were available and the timeframes that it would take to get all my information switched over to a new phone. She was Knowledgeable, patient, friendly. I recommend you asked for her when you going in.

I went into the store to return a phone that wasnt a good fit. Despite it being freezing and snowy outside, the stores floors were clean. There were two ladies and a guy working who even without the store heat working/ computers crashing still took care of me with smiles and friendly talk. You guys are outstanding! -Norman

Ive been a costumer at that store for years, always have been treated nicely, apparently management have changed, I went in for something simple and was rudely treated by the managers, honestly if you cant deal with people go ahead and get another job. I personally will never go back to that shop again.
