Possibly the worst Cricket store Ive ever encountered. I called for help on a rebate card that was WAY overdue and the person who answered wasnt any help so I asked to speak with the manager and they told me he was busy. So I said "ok, whats your name?" and he didnt respond. So I asked again "what is your name?" and he said "uhh Im sorry I dont think I can help you" I said "I asked you what your name was?" and he kept refusing to tell me his name. Eventually I got really upset and he transferred me over to the manager (turns out he wasnt busy). When I talked to the manager he was very black-and-white with my problem and just kept repeating the same thing over and over "I cant help you. You can only contact the rebate store" (which I did, and they told me to contact a Cricket store. this went on for about 30min). I really cant stand cell phone companies in general... they take advantage of the fact that most people now days need a cell phone for whatever reason. They think since we dont have many options they can walk all over us. Stores like this one prove it. Id suggest not coming here. Even if you are desperate, they will take advantage of you.
