WORST SERVICE I have ever got. It is the closest Metro by my house but I will go out of my way just to avoid it. The only thing I went to do was pay my bill when I walked in I asked one of the two people who would be able to help me they both ignored me and kept playing on the computer so I walked up to the young man (Irvin or Ivan I believe) he didnt say a word then just stared at me like wth am I doing there I said I was there just to pay the bill he didnt say anything so I just said the number and he then said my total didnt make any eye contact or addressed anything else handed me my change and receipt then went back to ignoring me. The people could care less about what they do, they dont greet you and seem very rude. I now go all the way to the Metro on Peoria and 32nd I love the service I get there

This place is okay only because of the fact is convenience in relation to where Im at and how easy it is for me to stop in there to keep my phone paid in full not always the most helpful people and sometimes can be confusing thats your for your if your a Metro PCS user this is just another nice little location where you can pay your phone bill
